I can honestly say I have been impressed from day one. I am impressed by the selection of products, prices and awesome customer service. “So Nice!!!John D. Franklin III set up shop here in 1996. Before that, he bought Monroe Street Pharmacy, a classic "have a milkshake and burger while you wait" RX, first established in the 1920s. Lots of great history!When I'm in town, I take my mother here for her specialized prescriptions. It's such a quaint little shop, packed with charm! I grabbed a Cherry Coke on the way out and tried to pay for it. The pharmacist behind the counter told me not to worry about it. I'm not sure if he was the Manager, Owner, or what. Thank you for that, sir. That was just beyond kind!”

“Walmart Pharma made a mistake regarding my called in script. After more leg work on my part the mistake was corrected, the script was filled very fast and also received face to face explanation on what happend and an apology from what I assumed to be the head pharmacist. We all make mistakes, it's how one (or business) recovers from that mistake is really all that matters. 5 stars for the great recovery.”

“It was my first time ordering online and using club pickup the process was easy, convenient and highly recommended. The associate Emma, that loaded my vehicles since I had two was very accommodating, pleasant and professional. I wish I was always able to request Emma whenever I had online and pickup in the near future. I'll recommend Sam's Club to my Family and Friends. There was only a 5 star maximumrating but Sam's Club exceeded that. I'll definitely continue to use this service based on my first time experience. Karen”

“Excellent pharmacy. We moved here and were going to use Walmart thinking they would be cheaper. Trotts sent several mailers and they were close so I thought we would check them out. First, they are much cheaper that Walmart! Second, you get all the benefits of a small local pharmacy; fast friendly service, etc. I can't think of a reason to go anywhere else.”
“The best pharmacy I have ever been to and let me tell you why. Normally, I go to a pharmacy and I take an obscure medication that is sometimes not stocked. Even with refills, every month when I came to get the next months supply, they were out of stock. It will take 2-4 days to arrive.Not here. When I had an issue one month, I voiced my concerns about it happening the next month as other pharmacies had conditioned me to expect. To my surprise, I was met with kindness, accountability and an assurance that they would ensure the medication was ordered and stocked monthly just for me. And they followed through!The names of the pharmacists are escaping me but they are amazing human beings. Wichita Falls is lucky to have such a great group of human beings at United. Thank you for delivering life saving medicine to our community. Hope everyone has a great day!”
“I Hate The LinesEverything about Sam's Club is great, except for those dang lines. You have to wait once to check out and a second time to get your receipt read before exiting. Aside from that, you can get some amazing deals on bulk items. My favorite grabs are salmon, steak, grapes, mixed vegetables, Bai drinks, paper towels, and almonds”
“I wanted to tell you of the awesome experience that my daughter had today at the United on Jacksboro hwy. I sent her to the store to get some groceries that we needed. Their systems were down for debit/credit purchases. She didn't have cash so she couldn’t get the groceries. As she walked out empty handed the manager met her at her car with her shopping cart gave it to her and said “the systems have been down on day, so these are on me” I can't even tell you the blessing this was to our family!! That manager deserves a raise!!!”

“I go to the photo section but only because that's where you go to load $$money onto a Chime card. None-the-less the people at the photo counter are very nice when they ask me how they can help me! So it's a good place to stop in because I usually browse around when I'm done and I always find really neat products & things. You'd be surprised at some of the things you can get. So next time your near a Walgreens stop in and check it out!”
