“Ice, Ice, Baby!! I came into town to visit my folks. I was staying at the La Quinta nearby and needed an ice chest to store some of my drinks and food. The clerk was so nice - he let me fill up my ice chest free of charge! By the way...ice chest is a funny phrase.”

“I normally stop in at JJS Fast Stop Exxon to grab a Sunday Paper as this one seems to have most of the Sunday Ads. The inside of the store is clean and nicely laid out to maximize the floor space without limiting foot traffic. The outside is also maintained properly. Sadly, their gas is rather expensive compared to other locations in and around town.”

“I wanted to tell you of the awesome experience that my daughter had today at the United on Jacksboro hwy. I sent her to the store to get some groceries that we needed. Their systems were down for debit/credit purchases. She didn't have cash so she couldn’t get the groceries. As she walked out empty handed the manager met her at her car with her shopping cart gave it to her and said “the systems have been down on day, so these are on me” I can't even tell you the blessing this was to our family!! That manager deserves a raise!!!”

“This place is super friendly, the employees there are fantastic and humorous. The atmosphere is overwhelmed with such love and respect. I been coming here almost everyday for something and Everytime I came these people are so awesome !!! John the owner and his wife has done a tremendous job on looking into the foreseeable future for this store. They have redone the floors, put new lighting up, orchestrated great staff and has been updating everything in the store. Amazing Job he has done. Thanks John your wife. The guy that works nights is awesome too, the guy that works mornings is beyond awesome. He is the reason I get up in the mornings and can't wait to go get my coffee. He's very encouraging and genuine. Same the the guy that works at nights.”

“July 11, 2022 Monday????????I live in City View. The thin or regular crust pizza is great. I like the all meat pizza and hand-made/cooked in 15 minutes for $11.99 and get 2nd one for $10.99. You can get whatever toppings at NO EXTRA cost!!Having a convenient store local saves time/fuel to drive to WalMart or Dollar General. You might pay 10% more for the convenience but is worth it especially on your time and fuel.The lady and man who manage the store are friendly. They have some video game ???? machines too.GIVE them a try as they want to serve you and not easy staying at retail store all day.”

“Think of the other gas stations in the Wichita Falls area, you walk in - sticky floors and unclean bathrooms. At garrisons I'm always met with a clean store and really nice stuff yeah they may get a little distracted but they're working their butts off to make sure the store is clean for you. Also you have to keep in mind you are in the Wichita Falls area, customers will walk off with other customers belongings.”

“Good, normally clean, restrooms. The cater to truck drivers and hiway travelers. They have fresh and packaged food as well as snacks. A huge drink selection, both fountains and wall refrigerators. Some souvenirs, headphones, and charging cables. Gasoline for cars and diesel for trucks, also EV hook-ups. Some of the larger ones have showers for truck drivers. All-in-all, these are good stores that mainly cater to truck drivers, but any weary traveler can also be refreshed and ready to head on down the road to their destination.”

“I'm new here but when I called to ask a couple of question about the availability of what I wanted, the lady clerk took the time to answer my questions to my satisfaction in a kind and polite way even though they were busy. I appreciate that so I will be buying from here again. in speaking with her, it seemed like she cared and to me it seems like a place that not only wants to stay in business, but want to grow their business as well. “I should of left this review a LONG time ago but just goes to show that consistently for the last two to three years this location has always been the best one in WF! It’s the smallest location in WF yet the employees, no matter how busy, overwhelmed, or stressed they may be- they are AMAZING! They go out of their way to makes sure you’re taken care of, ask how you’re doing, and if you’re a regular you better believe Anna makes sure she keeps what you buy in stock at all times ! There’s been two women there that have worked their butts off through multiple employee turn overs and even when it was just them on the schedule - they made it work and didn’t miss a beat! I know one is named Anna, I believe she’s the supervisor - I wish I could remember the other lady’s name but she knows who I’m talking about !!! Keep up the outstanding work you do- everyone sees it and I greatly appreciate y’all. You’ve made a loyal customer out of me, that’s for sure. Just wanted to give y’all a pat on the back- excellent customer service ladies- See y’all soon !”
“I've been going to this place regularly for cigs and snacks for years. The Staff are beyond great! They're always super friendly and they see me at least 5 times a week. They know my cigs and we always chat for a little bit. Heck I feel bad because sometimes I come in close to closing because I hate going to other places nowadays. The cigs aren't outrageous on pricing like a lot of places in town. And it's an all around great little convience store”
