“An animal ran into my fiancé’s drivers side door area and damaged it to where it wouldn’t even open. The incident happened on a Friday night. I was out of town but when I got into town Saturday afternoon I called and talked with Art. All other Body Shops were closed. I was just trying to get an estimate. Not only did he fit my car in the same day but he went out of his way & dropped me off & picked me back up after working on it late into the evening. And he didn’t charge me an arm & a leg. I can’t say enough! Thanks Art for being there in my time of need. You went above and beyond!”

“Brought in my 2014 Equinox after it developed a serious oil leak after the extreme cold that happened at the end of December. Turned out that a seal on the underside of the engine had cracked, causing me to lose almost all of my oil volume. Tony and his guys were not only able to repair that, but they also discovered that my exhaust manifold was beginning to crack open, so they replaced that as well. They saved me potentially thousands more in future repairs if it hadn't been discovered before it was too late! Amazing customer service, and thank you guys for your hard work!Services: Oil change”

“I had an appointment set up simply because when I had to hit my brakes out of town I felt my steering wheel vibrate. That was it. Only symptom. Jason said hey, bring it in, if it’s nothing then that’s good news but if it is something we will get you fixed up. I loved the just straight transparency. Vick, the guy who worked on my car, came to talk to me himself. He didn’t pressure me to do it right then like many places do. He made it clear it needed done but I did have a little time if I needed to wait a hot minute. I went ahead and had it done and then again I was surprised. Vick came to me again and asked if I wanted to out to my car to look at what they did to my rotors. To be fair, they were pretty and shiny and that’s the extent of my knowledge. I don’t claim otherwise, but Vick was super patient explaining what they did to fix my problem as well as exactly what rotors did. I wasn’t just a “check”, they made that time to make sure I knew what needed done, without pressure, and then went steps beyond that. I’m beyond impressed.”
