I LOVE my garage door! The Team was excellent from day one! I contacted them again, a year after moving in, for some additional remotes and a backup battery. John was amazing and the process was smooth and communication was even better!! Highly recommend!! :)

I called with an issue with my keypad after the Genie company said I probably needed a new keypad. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and professional and they came out the next day! Bonus: It was an easy fix, and I didn't need a new keypad afterall!
