Milton is awesome. Such a genuine and friendly person. The postmaster, she is good at her job and will help you as much as she can. Now the younger girl they have working here, she doesn't have a great attitude at all. I don't need someone to tell me hello or thank you, she barely does either. At least try at your job though. If you have a fragile sticker on your package she will cover it with the label, old labels she won't cover with the new labels. It's not hard to flip a box over and apply things correctly. In addition, place things where they lie flat and can scan correctly and easily, don't fold the barcode on the package/box. All of these things I have seen her do, it's frustrating to say the least.

I happened to stop here passing through because I needed to mail a few birthday items. Keithalynn was awesome. Exemplary customer service. I had the physical address for the shipping and it wasn't a match and she fixed the problem quickly and was very friendly...

I've had problems with this Post Office not delivering my mail on and off for years. I have lived in several places and NEVER had this problem. This location targets people they don't like and refuses to deliver mail then always trys to justify it while bending rules to their interests. I have reported them repeatedly and followed chain of command all the way up to the CEO's office and still don't get my mail delivered as correctly addressed! Horrible service. Guess customer service doesn't matter when it comes to this former government agency.

WE CAN TOLERATE ANYMORE. I live in Wharton on Kingston DR. Mail is always delivered between 1030 and 11. African American women drives. Never put right mail in boxes. We are always exchanging mail and its sad. I had my neighbors stimulus check in my mail box. This is ridiculous. I sat and watched one day. Im the only one had mail and guess what wasnt mine. 05/28/2021 today just got someone mail. Not good. If the weing persons gets a hold of our info or money its gone. And this happens everytime she works
