Went in to try to transfer and close two of my accounts that I was sharing with someone else. I explained the situation to the person helping us multiple times. Supposedly got it done after I was reassured by the person helping us not once but THREE TIMES. However, when I checked my accounts the next day they were gone! Now my money is under that other person and none of my cards are useable. Frustrated and dissatisfied.Update: branch manager called me and I was able to explain my situation. I was able to go in the next day and get the problem fixed. They were very kind and understanding about the situation

My daughter had three accounts with WF. Two of her accounts that she shared with her father (under 18 when she opened) were hacked on August 27th. Immediately, her father went to this branch to dispute what was going on with his accounts. Hackers transferred money from each account his name was on and sent a wire. He has spent numerous days at this branch trying to get this figured out and to get his and my daughter's money back. We're not talking a small amount of $100 or $1000 either. Multiple times he has been told by the staff here that he authorized these transactions & has told him they would be in touch to follow up and never have. It's quite concerning that this branch has not followed up ONE time with him or my daughter nor has helped to recover the stolen funds. As a matter of fact there is another branch who has had to reach out to the fraud department for us for any type of communication. I've been a customer since 1999 and I am looking into another financial institution to bank with. We are your customers, and you've treated us like you do not care that these funds were stolen since it wasn't your money.

I wish Google would start allowing you to put negative stars on reviews. I deposited a check in the ATM at this location on the 20th of December and there's a hold on the money until the 2nd of January that's almost two weeks to receive money into my account. Similar to the horse pulled Carriage that Wells Fargo uses as their identity they are slow and I feel like I'm trying to make a deposit from the 1800s.

Excellent customer service. They will greet you as you walk in (if they are not too busy, of course), make you feel welcome with water, coffee, and candy for the kids!
