My go to place for all my groceries and I am a regular here at lest once or twice week. Fresh fruits and vegetables and a well stock of your choices of meats for those main course dishes. They always have a very good selection of clothes for men, women and children for every time of the year. Their pharmacies is a big plus and they are always helpful should you have any questions.

I got conflicting information from three different people who each said that they were "the store manager". I understand "shift manager" and "manager on duty" make it tempting to say you're higher than you are, but people at this place keep giving bad information, and wasting customers' time. Costco runs so much more smoothly.

BEWARE of the Tire Center, they won't patch your flat on tires purchased FROM Sam's. All they want to do is prorate the warranty out and make you buy a new tire. Lazy. Derrick or Darren (didn't want to tell me his name) was selling me a new tire without even LOOKING at the nail I had picked up. I've had my tires patched before and knew it just needed a patch not a new tire. His attitude from the get go was to sell me a new tire. Took my van to Discount Tire and they patched it for free.

I like this location. They been here a while. They got baguettes! A fresh bakery but it is frozen not hand made. I get most everything I need here. Including vaccines and meds. Dog food and rotisserie chicken! It's the best. Big hormone injections mega hens. The absolute tastiest! Take 'em apart and then boil the carcass in a pressure cooker. Mmmm

Great! I'm able to shop between 8-10am, free pickup and shipping. Most of the inside is self checkout, but that's fine. The only bad thing is when they close off aisles. Which I totally understand. They need to stock/clean.

Sams Club is conveniently located in West Fort Worth. Don't come here on a Saturday. It is packed. Lines at the register, lines at the snack bar, crowded parking lot and lines to get out the door! I didn't see anyone using scan and go either. Bottled water is $4.24 for 40 water bottles! The snack bar appeared to have new lower prices. The hit dog combo is 1.38 now! What! They also have an assortment of fountains drinks. They also have a good selection of Winter clothes and Christmas Decor. They always have pushy sales reps trying to get you to switch your service over. I wish they would do that. Also, gas is super cheap now, it's like $2.78 or something. I would definitely suggest Sam's club. It's got lower than low prices. That's hard to come by these days. It's also very convenient. Just ignore the pushy sales rep and the crowds.

Service deskIs a Joke my mother lost her wallet and I took her to get a new card the lady said she needed a drivers license I said she lost it when she lost her wallet can you just pull up our account I have my sams card ? No I can't I have to see her license. I said we have a Business account here she said it doesn't matter

I ordered a birthday cookie cake for my daughter over two weeks ago. I showed up a few hours after I have discussed picking it up. There was nobody working in the bakery, and also, a member services person walked me back there to see if they had the cake. They never made it, so she had me fill out a form so they could do it first thing in the morning and circled that they needed to call me to confirm they could/could not make it. I expected to hear from them the next morning by 7, but around 7:20, I didn't hear anything so I called them. Not only did they not call me, they couldn't make the cake. I'm livid. What is the point of ordering ahead of they're not going to make the cake at all? Ended up finding another bakery to make it, but due to the time constraints, it wasn't a cookie cake. Let's just say, I have a very disappointed 3 year old. I will never trust them with anything again. Go on over to Bryant Irvin. That location is way better with stuff like this.

One year ago the shipping was free on multiple items and now those same items your trying to charge for shipping. You should want people to order online with COVID cases rising. It's not surprising with a Walmart base company. Sam's/Walmart both the same. I will not be renewing our membership in Nov. really disappointed . We now will try Costco. The prices are a little more but in the end they are cheaper because the don't double charge you for shipping. I payed extra to get the shipping for free at Sam's and now I paying shipping on the same items. Not a good look for you Sam's, yes everyone that's in my circle is talking about it. SHAME ON YOU for taking advantage of Customers.

Very clean and well organized. Staff was very friendly and it was an easy in and out process! I have some mobility issues at present and I need to use motorized cart because I can't carry heavy items and walk long at the same time. The cart was ready but didn't seem to be fully charged or there was a short but nevertheless I got what I needed and made my way to my next destination!
