Convenient but most of the checkout lanes were closed. I don’t mind using the self checkout but there’s more of a line there than at the regular checkout. The staff works hard and need to get paid more. 3/5

When your need help no one is ever there.But 10 minutes before closing their available to harass you until you leave.One lady tried to square up and not let me in 20 minutes before closing. She says it was 5 minutes, poor girl could not tell time.Anyways she offered to speak with the manager, I obliged, she lost and scoffed. She was in a worse mood after that lol.I have the video, but Google won’t post it. Will be sending directly to corporate though

Good Walmart clean place and always fully stocked and they have 2 self check out areas and good staff working there and they also Allow for Semi Truck parking

Very poor customer service. This happens every year, they hire newly high school graduates that don’t know what they’re doing. I went in for a return on tuesday 09/14 , brought in an a/c tower which valued up to $50. Associate advised me needed receipt or identification for refund, handed passport over since receipt was lost. After handing over passport , associate tells me they can’t give me refund, because I need a receipt ??Never had a problem with the older associates , I can present my reciept or US identification, and I’m refunded , but every time a recent HS assists me it’s always an issue. Anyways, time was 4:20 and I had to pickup younger sibling from elementary, and it was going to take associate minimum 10 mins to pack everything in box again . I had to be there by 4:30 and school was 15 mins away, I let the associate know I’d be back , and left. Today (09/17) I go back to pickup my a/c tower , to which i’m told it was returned back to another walmart facility. The item was returned but I wasn’t given a refund because I returned few days later, which makes no sense to me because I gave them my info and advised I would be back . Spoke to head associate , was no help at all , very rude and cursed me out. I was very polite ,and although I was agitated I wasn’t disrespectful. I mean who wouldn’t be upset, brought back an item and wasn’t given a single dollar back. Scroll down a bit, and you’ll see the very poor customer service this Walmart offers. I’d Rather drive an extra 10 mins to another Walmart than shop here ever again!!!

Store was a busy Walmart. Selections were limited and shelves were empty by early afternoon. Use to be better and offer the suggestion to be better stocked with merchandise.

Like every other wall mart, only go there for things I cant find anywhere else and need them now. I avoid any walk mart on the valley. I'm amazed how horrible the customer service is. Every single encounter I've had feels like I'm an inmate and the employee's a jailer. "Just move it along, dont ask any questions, my shifts almost over." I've never gotten eye contact, it feels very impersonal. Absolutely no pride or job satisfaction. It's very sad. Everybody loses from the customer to the employees. Just a miserable place to be in.
