The guys that work at this Verizon store are the best! We came in with a problem with a prepaid card from Walmart they solved the problem.Spent an hour doing it and even wrote off a small charge. Great guys, great service!!!!

A great place to do business, Jason and Jamie are very knowledgeable and honest. They are so very helpful. I will definitely make this my store for phone service when coming to the valley from Canada.

This store was one of my favorite ones I been too I had bearly went to this Verizon store in west gate they wanted to charge me $150 more for what I payed here on Texas By Great China Buffet wow same thing activate a new phone wow ridiculous go check this store here in Texas by Great China Buffet they got good price’s

No lines or wait when we ordered. The phone came sooner than expected, and they called to let us know it was ready for pickup. She was able to transfer the data and apps from my old phone to the new one, which was great. Our representative was new, so she was still a little slow because she was being careful, but the job was done right, so we have no complaints. Her customer service was great.

Current or new incoming customers, don’t bother coming into this store location. The workers will refer you to the Mcallen store even when there is a much better location just a mile away from this store. Workers here give you the impression that they do not want to work and are just there to collect a paycheck for doing nothing. My husband went in there to get a SIM card for a new phone and they made him feel as if he didn’t know what he was talking about and then like other customers before told him to go to the Mcallen store instead because they have never had SIM cards there. How doesn’t a phone store have SIM cards???!!!! Don’t waste your time and energy going to this location because you won’t come out happy. If these issues are still happening then it’s clear that the owner is not correcting his employees or giving them proper training as it seems like they are the ones that own this store.

Excellent customer service from Angel and Zeke!I am very great full that I came in to this store. I was having issues with my iPad for 3 days, but finally with their help my iPad is now working.I recommend this location as I feel they go above and beyond to help customers needs.

Went in to check out Verizon services and the A/C was broken. It was very hot and the agents were sweating. I called Mobile destination corporate office and the front office lady refused to get me a manager to file a complaint. As for the agents they did well as for the company itself they should be ashamed for 1 not wanting to file my complaint, and 2 for allowing the agents to work in such hash conditions. MOBILE DESTINATION GET IT TOGETHER!

My parents went to this store in March while on vacation to make a CASH payment. My parents are not tech savvy, they prefer to use old fashion cash to pay. They came back to Florida and received a statement that stated they had a past due balance from March on their account. Called Verizon and they did not have a payment for March. Verizon suggested I call the store where they made the cash payment. Called and spoke to the manager Sandra and she could not find any payments made at that store under his phone number (unfortunately my parents misplaced the receipt). Well long story short the manager stated their was nothing she could do about it, my parents had to pay the March bill AGAIN! But when I told the manager to keep an eye on her employees for possible scammers, her response was, “I don’t think any of my employees would do that”. Did not seem concerned whatsoever! Keep your receipts if you go to this store!
