Not too busy, I found more than I needed. People there are always very helpful but when it's time to pay they usually have only 1 register open so that takes a lot of time.

The store itself is very nice and organized, this complaint is about the supervisor Joe. I was in there looking for some stuff and I couldn’t find it. I was going to approach him to ask but when I got closer to him he decided to get his phone out and take a phone call as he walked right past me without even acknowledging me. This is no behavior for a supervisor, and this wouldn’t be a problem had they had people working the floor but every single time I’ve been to this location there is not one single person on the floor to help.

Horrible customer service. Ashley doesn't understand that you don't talk back to the customers, and at some point, you do your job and keep your mouth shut. Mgr. Joe Silva is rude and seems disgruntled. Won't be shopping there or any other Harbor Freight after many years and thousands spent there.

You know I really hate going here. It is like a kid in a candy store. They have so many tools and equipment. I just go in for one thing and come out with 10 but leave wanting more. Great service and great selection of items. Staff is very helpful. I WILL BE GOING BACK, SOON.
