Where to start, how about two weeks ago on an online app offer the store didn't make good for me or anyone else who placed the order on the app. It's something when across Texas, customers are claiming the offer and showing their successful purchases online while this one store, didn't honor it for "fear of inventory shortages". Today, walking in for a fresh pet food item other HEBs have carried in both Harlingen and McAllen. Even Walmarts carry it. I can't even get my dogs their food in town, I have to drive 30 minutes each way to get their food. An Employee even referred to the store as a "ghetto" location for not having certain items other stores have.

Love H‑E‑B! Great value, great options, great staff! In addition, H‑E‑B does a tremendous amount for the community.

If I would give ZERO STARS, I would, but anyways, I had good experiences until today. Me and mom went to this location to get lettuce and cooking oil for my grandmother but it was very expensive there like always. And when we got to the self checkout, it told us to place the items in the bag and it gives us a red note that says place the item in the bag when we already put in the bag, and we had to get assistance two times. And it was very annoying to my mother. The service was good though, but I think we'll just stick to Walmart and won't think we will go to this location or any other HEB location for years to come.

Honor paper coupons that have not yet expired. Don't lure me into the store only to find out at the checkout counter, after I've spent 45 min. shopping and waiting in line, that you have unilaterally decided to no longer honor paper coupons, (You still honor digital coupons). A coupon is a coupon whether it is digital or paper. Each carries the same weight and legal obligations. This is a perfect example of 'Bait and Switch' which is illegal. It is also a disguised way to price gouge. Also, I had to return to the store the same day after I discovered when I got home that one of the items I paid for was not packed in any of my bags by the bagging person. In addition I was over charged for a second item. The next day I had to again return to the store to return a package of cherry tomatoes which were over ripe, soft and smelled disgusting. There was no way for me to check their condition in the store because they were in a sealed package. I asked to talk to the store manager. I waited and waited and after about 15 min. I left the store without talking to him. Your customer service stinks and a manager I originally talked to was incompetent. After I explained my situation to him, I asked him if he were me, would he ever shop in this store again. I was shocked when he replied "NO". I am contemplating at this time whether to pursue the fraud and price gouging that is taking place in this store with the Texas State Attorney General.

While waiting for my husband just to pick up a prescription and salad dressing. I was told not to park here even though there was no one waiting for curbside as you can see from the picture. I am from Houston and the H-E-B there is most accommodating the top customer service. Very disappointed in the little man ... especially if I wasn't hurting anyone nor if there wasn't any customer complaints.
