I give them 5 stars because Herb and Adam went above and beyond to put my mind to rest. They checked my car thoroughly.
I recently moved here from Philadelphia and I have already been ripped of by 2 auto shops.
I am happy I decided to drive in there. Absolutely amazing and helpful team! Thank you guys! If my car needs any work I will ONLY bring it to this shop!

I had an issue with my transmission and called up TrasPro. They were very welcoming and inspected my transmission. They were very honest with the costs upfront and they knew the work wouldn't be worth the amount of the car. I never felt any pressure to get this work done from them which made me feel better about going to them again in the future for any other issues.

Brought my old 2008 Chevy Silverado in for them to look at. The transmission seemed to be slipping a bit when starting from a complete stop while pulling my fishing boat. Nothing serious and the first few times I was not sure if it was in my mind. Wife was with me one time while we were pulling the boat back out and she assured me that it was not in my mind and the transmission did just slip. Next week I took it to Transpro and talked to a dude named Bob. He gave me an estimate and time to repair. Seemed OK but a bit pricey but the last time I bought a transmission it came with a truck.Has been running great after the change out but just wish they would have power washed the underside of the truck while it was up there and easier to give it a quick clean. Wanted to check for any rust spots that need a touch of paint on it.Thanks - Sorry it is so long.Sam

Trans Pro has had my vehicle since February 14, 2022. This past four months management had been unavailable and unresponsive to my request. Trans Pro has received payment of over $1300.00 in February for repair of the full throttle body and transmission (Trans Pro line of business). Big red flag when the check engine light is still on but was informed to drive the vehicle for a few days. I returned on February 14 because the original repairs for over $1300 did not solve the problem. Now, Trans Pro has refuse to return my vehicle with additional payment. Bobby stated that the vehicle is working better that before with any any concern for me and my children safety. Trans Pro is a scam. Scam, scam, scam. Tran Pro as a business has no concern for it clients. To this day Trans Pro still have my vehicle and if I pay him an additional $600 then he will give it back not working. I am going need to tow it to another shop.I want my car back with no additional charges. And I wouldn’t give them any stars if I could.

Worst company I have EVER used. They had my car for an ABSURD amount of TIME!! Wires are covered in electrical tape, wires are crimped multiple times (looks terrible), and something is knocking around in the engineer I just spent a fortune on!! Absolutely horrible experience, DO NOT USE THEM!!!Service: Engine repair

I was really impressed with TransPro and Bobby who took care of me and my vehicle. I took it in on a monday with multiple dash lights and codes and Bobby got it back to me by wednesday afternoon. He called me daily with updates and even mentioned that I would need my oil changed soon and asked if I wanted to go ahead and have that done while he had it. I was expecting the work I needed to cost and arm and a leg but the price was excellent to go along with the excellent service and turn around. Thank you!Services: Oil change
