Although I am younger than must patients there (I just turned 38) my experience was a very pleasant one from the nursing staff, physicians, occupational therapy and everyone in between, I would highly recommend to anyone. Kindred in Webster is fantastic! My loved one received excellent care and the entire team worked hard at strategizing the best plan to follow.From the Doctors, Nurses, Tech’s, PT, OT, RT, Dietary, housekeeping, Case Manager, Tracy at the front desk, - they all are fabulous and really understand patient care.Deb in Respiratory really went above and beyond and we are grateful for her care, and all of the commitment and compassion, shown by the entire team.They even came to sing Happy Birthday to my loved one!I would highly recommend Kindred!

I have been here since September. My stay has been great. The employees are remarkable! To name a few who went above and beyond; Connie, Sharon, Sherika, Reena, Jennifer, Cynthia, Grace, David, Paul, The entire wound care team. Iappreciate the constant care provided and compassion. Employees would stop by and say hi even if they were not assigned to me just to say hello!

My stay here has been wonderful, everyone has treated me great. My nurses were really great, Gracie gave me the best bath ever, Alyssa, John, Kimberley, Eudell with HBO, Mia with woundcare, the entire housekeeping dept was amazing, I would like to mention a need of better chairs for family members? the food was good,Shannon with PT walked me and I felt good,I totally recommend this place to anyone

My stay here has been excellent my nurses have been great, Carlita, David,Reena, Nick, Cynthia, Kimberley, housekeeping is great, the cafeteria ladies are awesome, the food is so so, the entire PT team is amazing as well as OT Glessen. Paris with dyalisis does a good job, Mia, Ari, Dottie and lizette are good.Overall this hospital is a good place to get well.

My dad was in this facility from December 2022-January 2023. I want to give recognition to Gracie for always being so attentive and genuine with my dad and my family as well. She was always willing to hear out any concerns we may have had and got us the help we needed. Also, thank you to Dotty from the wound care team for always being so gentle with my dad especially after a big surgery he had on his leg. He had so much trust in her and knew she was always so gentle and would never cause him any pain or discomfort. Also, big shout out to Heather for always being attentive and giving us the help when it was urgent. She truly represented what a leader should BE. Thank you to the staff for everything, we were treated with lots of generosity, even up to the day my dad was discharged. They gave him the peace and comfort he needed the last few months of his life. Thank you for everything y’all do.

My stay here was great, the food was great, the ladies were really nice and polite, they would bring me the menu, the chicken salad was amazing, whoever makes it, kudos to you! and my food was always hot, housekeeping was also very good, Maria and leti were really sweet, my room was always clean My nurses which stick out for their great personality and knowledge were Ana Sambo, Talisa, Mark,Vella,Aprelle, Carlita, David, Ari and Mia with wound care, and I appreciate Heather their boss who would make rounds at night to make sure my needs were met and if I needed anything, she let's you know you can call her anytime and I appreciate that.I've been in many hospitals, but this one by far was the best one! They have good communication between their team!

Today I had the wound care nurse Ari change my dressings and she did a great job, she even called the doctor and made recommendations that is going to allow me to get me healed soon. This is a great place with great nurses, Maria pradines from night shift was very kind, Mark Vetters, Cynthia Ruiz, the entire wound care team, Glesen from PT was very patient with me, their entire team is amazing, housekeeping has a special lady Lina, that cleans my entire room daily, even the windows. And I want to recognize their boss lady Heather Delgado that is always in patients room helping her team, and acknowledging their good works, that makes a difference

I've been here before in 2017. The care is excellent. I really like the nurses Blondell and Carleta. They are very caring and up with the patients medications and answering questions I have. The CNA'S are really nice. Renee is one of my favorites this time. I have mostly different ones than I had before. This is a great place to be in as long as you can get in with your insurance.

My mom is the patient, but the staff made sure that the family was cared for as well. From the time I walk in the front door, the receptionist is awesome; the security guards are pleasant and helpful. The nurses are attentive to my mom's needs, especially nurse Vella. There are too many nurses to name. I've never had a bad experience with any nurse. The techs are good as well. Melissa goes the extra mile. A majority of the techs that I've encountered are very good, pleasant, and takes good care of my mom. The doctors assigned to my mom's case are caring and answers all questions, and they do not rush in and out. They'll talk to you until you have a good understanding what is going on with the patient.

Nurse Elizabeth, CNA’s, Nursing staff, and all staff are wonderful. Physical Therapist (Fernando) and CNA Melissa are so patient with my mom. They take good care of her, excellent treatment. All of them are very experienced people. . No complains at all. I really thank everyone at Kindred Rehabilitation Hospital for everything you are doing for my mom. God Bless all you. I’ve been at Kindred on two different occasions each one for Val and 14 days. I’ve had nothing but a great experience with the nurses. The staff the text. I’ve also done hyperbaric treatments. Everything is great it’s clean all of the nursing staff are wonderful they’re caring and make sure you’re comfortable And have everything you need

Coming to this Hospital was a great choice. Started out in the ICU and with the help of all the wonderful staff, my recovery progress went absolutely well. Speech, Respiratory and Physical therapy were amazing help as well, with their help I started to surprise them as well as myself on how quickly I was progressing even more. If you or a loved one are in need of great care, I'd highly recommend this place.

The CNA Melissa was absolutely amazing during my time in the hospital! She was so kind and caring and was always willing to go above and beyond to take care of me, no matter if she had the time to or not. She is the epitome of patient-centered care and was so empathetic and always kept her word! My experience at the hospital was truly the best, mainly because of melissa and the care that i received from her! My daughter is a nurse and she was amazed by how caring and great melissa was.
