Honestly, it's gotten a lot better since the new owners have taken over. It's always pretty clean & the staff/cashiers are for the most part friendly. I go in just to say hi to miss patt cause she's always smiling and friendly. Ohhh they have lottery tickets as well now!!

I went to Big Pantry on main Monday night. The lady that was working, I believe her name was Shannon, she was so nice and pleasant. I was very impressed by her! I've been to several convenient stores and none of them had an employee like her. I was having a bad day and her cheerful attitude and kindness, not to mention quickly checking out several people, was very appreciative!! Also just to mention she was very professional looking with her makeup and hair. You could tell she takes time to get ready for work. I will definitely go back and hope Shannon is there to help me!!!

I stopped by based on the other reviews. Particularly about the crispitos which was a good call for my junk food splurge. The store was clean, organized well and service was great. The 2 ladies behind the counter were friendly attentive and fast. I'm glad I stopped by.

Been coming here since I can remember I'm 30 now, it's such a staple the chimichangas, crispitos and potato wedges are always my go to but really anything they make is amazing. The staff is always friendly and the locals alike love this place!!!

Late night crispitos are always a win, I saw that the only other review on here mentions that no one had a mask on, I don't think that's a business issue, that's all about the town that it's in. The business itself is amazing and run by very kind people.

Weird guy at counter was trying to secretly hand my daughter candy. She was uncomfortable and he started poking her arm to give it to her. I felt her uncomfortable so I looked and told him she can't have sugar. Next time we went in he rudely and loudly asked me if she could have the candy. He knew who we were I said no. And he said, that's why I ask. Like I remember what you did. Just stop. Creepy guy. The ladies there just don't like me or something because I say hi and get no response. I never get told my total. No one greets me when I walk in. Used to come in all the time, now I just stop in every once in a while for an early morning energy drink.
