My wife went to this location to pick up a toner cartridge. Someone escorted her to where they were, helped her pick the right one and even gave her a coupon for a few dollars off.
She could have bought the toner from amazon, but several reviews said they were fake.

Joel went above & beyond to provide excellent customer service, with a smile! I have an updated rating from Friday, May 10th & Monday, May 13th. I left a detailed description on my survey. On Friday afternoon, Jeremiah & Elizabeth were very friendly, caring & helpful. They gave excellent customer service! On Monday morning, May 13th, I was greeted( which most places do not do anymore) , by store manager Anna Culver. She was valuable, friendly & had the expertise I needed & service beyond what they would normally perform! I am greatly appreciative of her knowledge & help. It was easy to see why her associates are so well trained & helpful, as she leads by example.

This store is decreasing quick!! Since the beginning of the year their services have gotten slower and slower. The past two months their printing services have been closed to the public, online orders are taking double the time and there has been one copier that has been out of service for a month now. They blame they have employees but I applied in December and was told too qualified to work there.

The WORST customer service! I’ve patronized this company Waxahachie location several times, and have witnessed their lack of communication and customer service! People have waited in line for over an hr without being greeted nor expressed the reason for such the long wait! People are leaving highly upset and frustrated.

not helpful at all.. i was trying to buy furniture for my office over 2000 and still not able to help me worst place to go..
i ask for help tand they said oo i dont work on sales floor and is only me and the cashier. sorry !!!

Not happy with the desk I purchased from this location. Customer service is lacking, the one I saw was putting label up no name tag or anything had I not seen her doing work related stuff I would have not know was an employee, and she seemed to hate to be bothered by any questions and did not bother to look in back for stock, I then tried again the cashier who had a name tag and shirt he assisted me and found one in stock in the back room. Even helped me load it into my car. Got home and there was the other disappointment began the desk was NOT drilled and prepped right. I would not recommend buying desks from here take the drive and go elsewhere.

Great Service, I needed color copying and back to back page printing and 3-hole punching on all documents. they were fast and effective.

No wonder this place is doing so poorly. You go in, check in (to have copies made), sit in the little kid chairs and wait for your name to be called. Waited half an hour with 1 person other than me waiting. Nothing. Slow moving, lazy employees in the back just going with the flow. Lol, ridiculous.
