“Sorry that many reviews on this branch are sorry to see their old bank go. Nevertheless this PNC branch rocks. Friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Was pleasantly greeted when I arrived, waited for a banker. Angelica was superb, handled my request very quickly. And employees wishes me safe travels (weather was getting nasty) as I exited.So refreshing after dealing with another PNC branch that had none of the attributes of this branch and employees.”

“I came into the Waxahachie location at 2:45 and they were super busy but I had to stay and deposit a check from my Mom’s estate that day as I’d taken off work early to be there. The last customer left at 3:55 but Gabby stayed behind and helped me open an account after hours and I can’t express to her how grateful I am. She was taking time away from her family to help me out as were the other staff members waiting on her. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for going out of your way to help me. This is why I bank here.”
