We went in my husband's birthday, during the middle of the day on Saturday. The staff was rude, and the lanes kept messing up. We had to keep resetting the pins. The balls were not coming back and kept getting stuck. We went during the day so we could see the markers, but they just turned off the lights so hard to see markers, and the music and base were so loud it hurt my kids' ears. What's with all the tvs so many distractions above the lanes. We only stayed for 1 game, and we left and went to a different bowling alley. This place has gone down hill.

Awesome place the lanes are well taken care of. On busy nights it can get pretty warm, not much airflow. Balls range from 14 to 6. The lanes have a pretty easy to understand console to help you navigate through diffrent options, plus 2 and 1/2 pages of themes to choose from. The staff is super friendly especially the bartender, super cheerful. The food is probably a 3 star at the best for bowling food, it's pricy for how it taste. There is an arcade but my group didn't use it, not complaining having the extra entertainment is a nice addition, it uses a card with credits like main event. Overall I give it a 4 out 5. With the bowling being a 5, food being a 3, extra entertainment 4, alcohol 3.5 tastey but weak, staff 5 super friendly and very fast when it comes to lane fixes and questions if you have them.

Celebrated three milestone birthdays at Bowlero today. We had an awesome time and the staff was super friendly and helpful and assisted us in many areas. I would definitely return here for any other type of celebration. Unexpectedly we did not have to clean up or put our balls away. That was going to be taken care of by the very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this cool and fun place!! Keep up the great work

Mediocre experience. Bowling is overpriced in general, so I can't knock them much there. Where I can knock them is on management and current configuration.
Our food order was apparently "never submitted," even though we received the drinks from said order.
We had to ask them 3 times to correct the alotted "paid" lane time to reflect what was paid. They corrected the time twice... incorrectly, and then seemed to finally understand.
My biggest gripe is the new layout. It's terrible. There's no seated area at the control screen, but this could be overlooked if the rest wasn't so bad. The table configuration has 1x 4 person table directly behind the paired lanes, and 1x 4 person table forward of the previous and placed on each side of the paired lanes. So any pair of lanes technically has 6 seats, 1 full table, and 2x 1/2 tables. Why is this an issue? Each lane will support 8 bowlers on the screen. So 16 possible bowlers with 12 seats, if you take 4 chairs and 2x 1/2 tables from the bowlers one lane pair over in either direction. Just terrible planning and a god awful layout.

We had a date-night here and had a blast! Staff was friendly, food was good, music rocked, and the facility was clean (this means a ton). Def will return soon for another fun filled date night!

My family and I wanted to bowl at Main Event, but there was a 2 and a half hour wait. So I remembered that I had been to Bowlero several years ago, so we called and gave them a try. Not only was the wait much shorter, but the prices were also much cheaper. Bowlero offers specials late at night that include shoes and unlimited bowling until closing that are fantastic! We already went twice in one week! Bowlero is fantastic!

This center is a little tired. Pinsetting machines require resets more often than one would like. Staff is pretty attentive, though. The pro shop here is aces.
