I had my vehicle towed to this location because I had a blown tire. I told the employee that the tire will come off the rim if he drives the vehicle into the bay but he insisted to do so. Long story short, he drove the car and scratched the front fender to the rocker panel. He kept apologizing for damaging my vehicle and I told him that it’s ok as long as they fix the damage. The manager Justino told me to call corporate and they would get my vehicle fixed. The lady from corporate told me they could only approve me for a $150 without even seeing pictures or an estimate. When I told her that those damages are way more than $150 she told me there is nothing else they could do and hung up in my face. Would not recommend going here to anyone.

Great service! Good bunch of hard working folks that will take good care of ya. The owner is a no nonsense professional! Highly recommend this place to anyone. They have take care of my wife's care many times we will be buying all our tires here!

I found a nail in my tire and a friend recommend that I visit Texas Tires after telling him how much a new tire was going to cost me. I pulled into their service area and a young man approached immediately and asked how he could help me. He had my tire plugged in 15 minutes. What a great place!! I highly recommend.

I received the absolute best service. I had a slow leak in one of my back tires, and Jay took care of it. I was in, and out in less than 10 minutes. The ironic part they were technically closed, but I didn’t know. He took care of it anyway…now that is top customer service. Thank you Jay. Best place for tires, and service hands down

I pulled up 4 minutes before closing with the temperature 100 degrees. These guys were ready to go home. But as soon as they saw I had a flat that needed fixing, they were on it. I knew the tire that was flat but they checked all 4 just to be safe. They were amazing, as I had kids in the car and needed to get home to make dinner. They did it all with a smile and I was out in 10 minutes. I can't say enough how they saved my night! See Chris and Elliot (?) they will take great care of you!!

If you need tires or rims, this is the place. The customer service is everything. They have always taken care of me. I would definitely recommend Texas Tires of Waco.

Customer service was 1000/10!! As a woman it’s intimidating going these places alone, but everyone was so kind and helped me and on top of that I was in and out super fast! I will def recommend this place to everyone for now, surely the best in Waco
