“I have been attempting to find a specific glove for son for weeks. After failing on marketplace (already sold, forgot to delete post, losing on eBay and a store website that turned out that store isn’t in business anymore) I found the exact glove online at Triple-S-Sports.I called the store to confirm and they had two in stock at approx 1pm Wednesday. He said if you order before 3pm I’ll have it ready to ship out tonight. Friday evening my sons new catchers mitt was delivered two states over exactly as promised.I now have a very happy boy and I, a sense of relief from some great customer service.
