Super friendly staff! I needed a coolant flush and stopped in at 10:30 on Saturday morning hoping they could fit me in. They were busy that day, so I was prepared for them to say no, but they were able to work me in and get me back on the road before they closed at 1. Thank you to everyone involved in making this happen.

The people there treat us with above and behind service!! I own a Toyota and still come to Bird Kulten quick lane. The wait isn’t as long as most and they car pool you to and from shopping places nearby at their expense!

This dealership charged me $130 for “The Works” service. It normally is $49.95 at my local servicing Ford dealer. To add insult to injury, they didn’t even rotate the tires! I know that because the front wheels had brake dust on them before AND after they were supposedly rotated (while the back wheels didn’t have brake dust). I called to complain, and the service writer told me she would have the service manager call me, but I never received a followup call. I wouldn’t normally leave such a review based on a 1-time experience, but we were traveling and had overnighted in Waco. Of course, I never received the Ford survey so there was no chance to give feedback directly to them.Service: Oil change

Apparently Quick Lane is mistakenly named as it took approximately 2 hours for an oil change to be completed. If one has nothing else to do with their life you can always kill an afternoon getting your car serviced at B-K.

Lots of people wanting service today. My wait time was about 1 1/2 hours which wasn't bad based on the number of people already waiting. All the bays where filled and a line outside. They worked hard and at a good pace. Thanks Ford!
