Bought a used vehicle here awesome experience. Not your typical clueless sales man that’s looking to scam you out of every dime. Has affordable cars at an honest and fair price. Hassle free if I lived near Waco I would recommend more people go here.

An unprofessional business in a field where seller-customer honesty is a necessity. This review is not being written in attempt to derail Northcrest Autos, but to ward others from doing business here. Russel’s one of the lead guys there, and claims that his forty years of experience (he was likely referencing his experience in screwing people over) vouches for a trusting and honest service. This is not the case.
As you can see in other reviews, Russel has the tendency to hide, ignore, and carries a repeated history of failing to mention underlying problems with the vehicles he sells. Broken odometers, faulty engines, and body work are just a fraction of problems these salesmen cover from customers- and when asked to assist in repairs, he looks for any opportunity to resist such assistance. A single poor review is enough for Russel to jeopardize his credibility and reputation as a salesman, and the man stoops so low as to hoodwinking young men looking for first cars.
Please, do yourself a favor and do NOT buy from this business.

What a crazy world we live in you can’t trust anyone nowadays. This man just leaves a sour taste on my tongue. We got family’s out here struggling to get a vehicle because everything is so expensive. While people like him are laughing all the way to the bank with the money of us poor American people…I know it sounds cruel but I’m happy my father died.So he wouldn’t have to see the country he fought so hard to protect go so far down hill.
(Would of been 0 Stars but it won’t let me)

0 Stars if possible. Me and my Mom just recently purchased a 2013 Chevy Sonic and we thought we were getting a great deal. He even said to us "That car is beautiful". In our test drive we noticed that the ac wasn't fully working. We told Russel about it and he said he'll get it fixed. The very next drive after the drive home the check engine light came on. I take it into the shop and they tell me I need an oil change, new drain plug, and the catalytic converter is damaged and gonna cost around 1200 for the full repair. Also the Ac still doesn't work. I hope Russel isn't the con artist I think he is but I would not recommend this place ever.

My husband and I were looking for a truck for myself and they had my dream truck. We went, looked at it and bought it. Two days later we were an hour from home and it broke down. The radiator blew and we called the dealership up on Monday, explained the story, they mailed us a check for the cost of the parts. Absolutely would recommend them and even use them in the future.

I was looking for a reg cab V6 chevy/gmc and thought i was going to buy a late model. Russell at Northcrest had an older but very low miles gmc. He said it looks and drives like a new truck. He was courteous and held it for me for a few hours while i drove up from san antonio. The truck was what he said. Price wasnt cheap but was fair with no hidden fees just TT&L. Id go back and buy another one. Thanks Russell, 2013 GMC w 45K.

Bought my first car here just last year as of posting this review, 2007 Kia Sorento, sure it needed some fixing up, but everyone's first car usually does, owner was great and helped me find the car I needed, definitely plan on doing any further business in the future with them, thanks again, and the car still works great!

Bought vehicles twice from this dealership, first in 2004, then in 2019. The vehicles were everything I wanted at a great price. Good, clean vehicles, no pressure tactics. The vehicles speak for themselves.

Gonna roll back my review just like they rolled back my odometer. Pretty scummy service. You can’t sell a truck with a broken odometer without disclosing the fact. $1000 dollars in repairs later. Okay great. They didn’t even change the oil before selling it. Thank y’all so much for helping me to stay mobile. I’d say not much better than thieves here. Do yourself a favor and buy from a private seller. Oh and that Native American grinding stone or “Mano” as some call them that you showed me… yeah it’s just a rock. I may have lost the battle over the truck at least there’s that ?
