Working with Nighlight has been wonderful. Their care for expectant mothers, hopeful adoptive parents, and children is unparalleled. They go above and beyond to provide care, counseling, education, and resources for everyone involved in the adoption process.As a hopeful adoptive mother I am so thankful to be working with Nightlight in Waco! They are so quick to answer the phone or emails and address all of my questions. They have worked hard to support my husband and me as hopeful adoptive parents. We are thankful to be walking through this process with Nighlight!

Our experience working with Nightlight was exceptional. The staff was always transparent with us about the process: if we asked a question where they didn't have an answer, they'd tell us so and get back in a timely manner. We received a clear explanation at every step and felt the door was open for us to reach out with any concerns. My impression (from the adoptive parent's perspective) is that Nightlight strikes a healthy balance of respect and care toward both adoptive family and birth family. We interviewed many agencies and felt the most comfortable with Nightlight's ethics: never pushy, always considering birth parents' perspective, and true dedication to building loving families. We fortunately did not have the opportunity to walk with Nightlight through truly challenging situation; our adoption process has been very smooth. But I would trust them to handle any hard moments with great wisdom. We always felt in good hands.

They are amazing! So thankful for the entire Nightlight team who work so hard. We feel loved and supported every day as we went through their Renewed Hope program
