I bought a recliner in 2018 ,$1200. Lifetime warranty about 6 months ago it broke trying to get customer service to reach out to me ,when they did I was told to take it to Dallas or round rock to get it repaired. I found out that the parts are free but the labor is not , so now it will cost $300. To repair it ang wil take 3 weeks for parts the part that holds the recliningpart up. This is the second time I had to have it repaired. I will never buy another lazyboy again, 25 year ago they were good not now days ? ?

Salesman was supper nice. We bought a couch, love seat, and 2 electric recliners from here. The couch and love seat had to be custome made, so we were told. They told us 2-4 months to make. Well now we are going into 7 months and no furniture and only 1 contact from them. The only reason they contacted us is because we contacted them about the delay.
I contacted them 2 weeks ago and was told they would be delivered by the 4th of July! We'll today is the day and no contact from them as to were the furniture is! We spent close to $13,000 on these pieces and not even a simple phone call to keep us informed. After I contacted them several times the finally contacted us and said they will refund the shipping! That is about $200. I will keep this post updated as I head back to see about getting a full refund as we will be going elsewhere now. To a store with better customer service!

La z boy, USED TO BE the product to own. Now you should keep your money! The store staff in waco, were very helpful with our purchases. We purchased to recliners in August 2023. We needed service as soon as my husband's chair was delivered. Of course it took month's to get someone to the house. When the service consultant came the first time, he ignored the issues. I scheduled again, this time I made sure my husband was home. Bingo! They made an appointment to pick up both chairs. Ok, they were gone for weeks. Chair 1: needed a new seat and base. (The chair in the store, my husband's feet were flat on floor, the one we recieved his feet were a good 6 inches off the floor. Chair 2: needed the foam in the back replaced. You can feel the wooden frame. They made the repairs to chair 1, nothing to chair 2.
We called for repair again on chair 2. The service representative in you have to schedule all this through is rude, and she gets very upset. She listed everything they did to chair 1. But couldn't tell me anything on chair 2. When the service tech came again. The third time, he was sent to look at chair 1. So as of yet chair 2 still is not fixed! Save your money, shop Bob Mills! We spent over $4,000. For two recliners. We got pieces of trash!

I've been talking to all of the Lazy Boy stores in Fort Worth Waco and Arlington they was all very nice and helpful until I got to Waco talking to somebody there they didn't have the cheap recliners that I wanted and you know the way he talked and shut me down maybe I just didn't want to hear it but all the other ones said I could go there to pick one up but it did not work out so well I tell you what I was so overwhelmed had everything wrote down and talk to somebody there wasn't the manager there it was somebody else that they just totally shut me down and so now I'm done I even got a lazy boy credit card so I can get something decent with a no interest it's all over now thank you very much Waco Lazy Boy

Chair was delivered with a scratch on the wooden leg. Mechanism did not work properly. When I called to have a repair person come to the house, they scheduled it a month in advance. When the day came and I had not heard anything, I called the repair place in Dallas. The person told me she had called the previous day to cancel and left a message in my Voicemail. I know for a fact that this was not true, since I had neither a Voicemail message nor a missed call alert on my recent calls. I paid the extra hundreds of dollars for free repairs for five years. If this is the way La-Z-Boy stands behind their product, customers should be aware before they buy.

If you ever decide to get a La-Z-Boy recliner, don't go to this store. I must have been asleep. The chairs were on sale for around $499. These polished sales representatives are slick! They will add all of these ridiculous services on the bill & explain why you need them. For instance, there was a service that allows the company to come to your house to service your chair. I believe this was for three years.Tell me this. How many of these recliners require that level of service? These are well-made recliners. I felt fleeced when I left the store. I let them screw me. There is another store in Waco that sells this recliner.

I have purchase from lazy boy before Big purchases at that.and I was very pleased with the designers/ sales person ideas and help me make the right choice. So how we had a such a great experience before with round rock store I allow my husband to convince me to go to the waco store. At first, I was concerned about the size of the sectionals I wanted and also the color.. when I went to the store, I spoke to a new girl who is no longer working there I showed her a blueprint of my floor plan of my living room open concept to my kitchen and breakfast nook area. And I thought I was making the right decision when I was purchasing the sectionals picking the right colors how many seating I need etc. when they got home they had a horrible smell that took months to wear off a little and still a year from now they still have a weird scent. I remember being there a long period of time because I wasn’t too sure about the pieces I was purchasing I kept being told. Yes it should work. Yeah it should look nice. I feel like I was being convince to purchase and they didn’t care about my concerns. Well, the color of my sectionals way off of what I seen in the store and now I am stuck with smelly not too great color and big sectionals that over covers my wood fireplace. Which now I can’t use if I wanted to. I purchased this a year ago and I am still so disappointed. I did finance the sectionals, so I am stuck. Paying very expensive price for a piece of furniture I dislike so much I can’t exchange or anything!!! I’m overwhelmed and so disappointed with all this. I should of went to round rock instead!! I even called round rock to see if anyone can help make this sectional be place around a different area around the room because I can’t afford another $6,000 for new furniture. I am so so upset
