I’m all about shopping and spending local do I chose Kirkpatrick & Witt for my new chairs. They were very nice and helpful with my purchase; however the service is HORRIBLE.I pay my bills through my bank so that once I set it up I don’t have to worry about it. So my first 2 payments were fine. Somehow they lost November and December payments. The checks show to have been sent by my bank but they never cleared. I called and they told me not to worry…they would probably show up eventually. Well, here it is June. Jan-May went fine, but the June pymt that was sent on the 4th still hasn’t cleared (3 weeks later) and still haven’t seen November or December payments.And to top it off, they don’t open on time. I was here last Saturday and waited 30 min past scheduled opening time before I had to leave. Today I took off work and they are already 35 min late opening. I’m done with them.

I picked out a matress and box springs. The price was great and employees were very service oriented. The following is my reason for 2 stars: The matress was supposed to be a full size and it is not. Sheets do not fit and I have tried multiple brands. The matress itself is hot to sleep on and the mattress retains the indention of your body when you sleep on it...in other words it causes the mattress to be "lumpy." The indentation stays there. I noticed the tag said this mattress is from Corsicana and I imagine it may be a "seconds" mattress. I was also promised the bed frame would have wheels on it and it does not.

Kirkpatrick & Witt has been around before time but if you always need anything as far as beautifying your house it's the place to go thank you care basking wet for serving Waco for many years

I'm so glad to see Kirkpatrick and Witt is still in business. My father worked for them in the 70s and I know even back then their customers were very appreciative of how helpful the staff was. So it's wonderful to see the employees still puts the customer first, as my dad always did so many years ago.
