Very relaxed and non pressured buying experience. Jade listened to what I wanted and was able to show me items that fit my requirements and was very knowledgeable about all of the pieces. Very enjoyable shopping experience!

December 2021 based on a Summer 2021 purchase: We spent about $7k here for a sofa, couch, and custom recliner. The recliner we ordered with ROCK and SWIVEL, both of which we PAID for, both of which are on our RECEIPT. It came and got delivered with NEITHER of those features. Messaged our salesman, said they'd get someone out here to fix it. This did NOT happen. I've been trying to get a hold of both the salesman and the store since and neither are responding now. June 2022 update: I wrote this review in December. It is now almost June. NO ONE EVER CAME OUT TO FIX IT. This turned out to be because "they couldn't have possibly "fixed" it, it had to be reordered." Several weeks of waiting just for them to tell me this. I ordered a custom muted-navy recliner with swivel and rock features in summer of 2021. I waited MONTHS for it to come in only for it to come without swivel and rock (I had paid extra for these features). A store associate said they'd reorder the recliner with the correct features. I waited months AGAIN. Delivery crew finally came to replace the chair. At the end of them assembling The new chair I asked about swivel and rock and the delivery crew was like, "Uh this doesn't have swivel and rock." At this point we are coming up on a YEAR since I originally ordered this recliner. I called the store again to see what happened. At least the sales associate was pleasant, his name was Armando and made the whole debacle a bit more bearable- so thank you Armando. He arranged a 50% refund of my purchase for the trouble and because I didn't want to deal with it anymore. The warehouse couldn't get my request for swivel and rock correct The first TWO times; I wasn't going to bother talking a chance on it again and I just wanted my money back because I never got my swivel and rock features. It was at this point I was looking into my living room at the replacement recliner, trying to figure out what looked off about it when I realized it was COBALT BLUE and not the original muted-navy I had ordered. Called the store again and arranged a swap for my original recliner in the CORRECT color. At first they said I'd have to go into the store and make the swap myself. I was like, "so let me get this straight. YOU send me a chair without the features I ordered, YOU attempt replace it with the correct features only to send me a chair without those features again AND in the wrong color and now it is MY responsibility to get in my vehicle, drive out to you, and swap out large pieces of furniture?" After I put it that was they were able to "speak to their manager," and arrange a delivery (again thank you Armando for helping me and dealing with me throughout these complications." So i wait a week. A delivery crew comes and they DONT HAVE MY ORIGINAL CHAIR and they just took the replacement one! Called Armando. He let me know the manager will be by later today to deliver it in his truck. I'm glad the store itself is willing to do this. But the organization and communication between STORE, WAREHOUSE, and DELIVERY CREW is heinous and does NOT get the customer what they need. Armando was awesome to work with and I appreciate everything he did for me. Outside my interactions with Armando I do not trust this store and I will never purchase from here again.

Quality and care of products or their customers. Spent a small fortune on custom made furniture and a dining room set. On the first delivery 3 of the 5 pieces were damaged (yes..they delivered it damaged!) After calling the store and placing it all on reorder, our 2nd delivery…DAMAGED! This time, we went to the store and met with the manager (who knew nothing about the previous damaged delivery!) we were told that how the products are handled in the shipping process is out of their control…and gave us an option to take the floor model dining room table (we paid for new) or we can reorder AGAIN and hope it is delivered undamaged…REALLY!!! Our option for our damaged couch and recliner was to pick out something different..AGAIN..REALLY! If your shopping for quality furniture..go somewhere else…this company doesn’t care about their products or their customers!

We had a great experience. The sales lady was wonderful. Very upbeat and very knowledgeable. She was so kind and went out of her way to help us and she answered all our questions. She had a big pretty smile and you new she enjoyed her job at Furniture Row. We need more people like her out there.

I ordered furniture from Furniture Row in August. Last week I learned the furniture was arriving, and Monday it was scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday between 4:00 and 6:00. When it hadn't arrived by 7:00, I contacted them and listened to their excuses. I was assured it would be delivered today, Wednesday, between 12:30 and 2:30. When it wasn't, I called, and was told they were running slow, but it would be delivered now between 3:00 and 3:30. It is now 5:30, and no furniture. I have wasted more than 8 hours waiting on furniture that I now wish I had ordered elsewhere. DO NOT use this store (in Waco) if you expect to be treated even half well. Ridiculous!!

Yes . I went to the store located in Waco, and Henry C, was extremely helpful, patient , kind, and knowledge. We went there to find a couch and ended up leaving with two rooms full of furniture . My wife and I are extremely appreciative.

I went in today looking for a couch. There were three employees sitting, talking and laughing about personal things. Even though I walked in close proximity by them 3 times and walked around the store they never acknowledged me. 5/27/21
