Horrible. I'd give 0 stars if I could Things say in stock online, but twice, TWICE I have placed an ordered just for it to get "cancelled" without saying why. Then I have to wait for 7 days to get my money back in my account?!?! Awesome. No wonder they have a 2.0 yelp. Get better. You won't get my attempt at business again. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

I called to confirm a print job prior to sending and I was told for same day I would need to pay a rush fee (pick up by 9pm) which is a contrast to the other location nearby. When asked why the difference, I was told "the other store does not follow policy and we do strictly. This is to be noted there was also not a queue in front of my order. Horrible service after a wait time of 10 minutes. Disappointing all around.

Workers were very friendly and the process was quick and simple. Even waiting in line I was out in less than 10 minutes!

Awful branch and dreadful customer service. Wanted to print some images to create paintings and rude lady behind the desk accused me of copyright infringement. I told her that I had taken the images and had changed 30% of the others to transfer onto canvases to paint and she refused to do it for me. Never in 30 years as a commercial artist has anyone accused me of copyright theft. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. Not One but Zero stars
