I recently had a haircut with Daisy Vagas that unfortunately did not meet my expectations. Prior to the appointment, the salon requested images of my 'ideal haircut' and my current hair, which I thought was a thoughtful touch. I provided both images as requested. When I arrived, I had a discussion with Daisy about my desired pixie cut, emphasizing my preference for a wet cut followed by fine tuning with a dry cut, as per my previous experiences. However, during the haircut, Daisy only cut my hair while it was wet and then proceeded to blow dry it without the fine tuning I had requested. This resulted in my hair being cut too short on the sides and lacking balance, giving it an unintended ballooning effect. Unfortunately, this led to some uncomfortable situations at work. I specifically chose Daisy based on her level 7 stylist ranking, expecting a high level of expertise. However, the outcome did not reflect that level of skill in my opinion, leading me to feel disappointed with the overall experience. While I appreciate the effort and consideration of the salon's initial request for reference images, I ultimately cannot recommend Daisy based on my personal experience. I believe there's room for improvement in the execution of haircuts, particularly in ensuring client preferences are fully understood and followed through.

I have been a customer for over 4 years. About 2 years ago I missed 1 nail appt by mistake. I did not argue about having to pay for that appointment as it was my mistake. However, even though they lost no revenue for missed appointment, I was put in their system as no non-refundable prepay which according to the salon does not allow me to reschedule or cancel appointments. I didn't realize that until this weekend when I I awoke 36 hrs prior to my appointment with COVID. I did the responsible thing and canceled my appt but the salon apparently values money over the safety of their customers as they originally told me I would receive no refund ($300) and then 2 days later offered a 50% store credit. So be aware they offer no customer service and no regard for their customers health and safety

I have been a client of Divine Designs and Margie, my hair stylist, for over 10 years. Margie is phenomenal - I get compliments about my hair almost every day. The staff are always accommodating and the salon is clean and attractive. During the early COVID days, they were proactive and protective of their clients' health and well-being. I have also had a massage and a facial there, which were wonderful experiences. I highly recommend Divine Designs to anyone looking for hair, spa, or nail services.

Two of us visited recently after a long absence. Things have definitely gone downhill at this once top notch spa. Scheduling is chaotic and disorganized and reception staff is unprofessional at best. Our appointments were changed at the last minute and, although we arrived on time for the same services, one of us finished at the scheduled time but had to wait more than forty minutes for the other one to finish. Meanwhile, there was an fully dressed older man sitting right in the front of the spa lounge/waiting area where women wearing only a flimsy bathrobe had to walk in front of him to get a drink. One of us was required to fill out an unexpected and invasive medical information form; the other was not, even though we have always come together. We were both given coverups that were clearly too small by at least 12" and had to ask for larger sizes. And we were addressed as "you guys" even though we were clearly NOT guys. Somehow I was charged $140 more for the same services than my companion, but was never given an itemized bill, so we didn't realize it until she said that she was surprised how low her bill was and she hadn't been given an opportunity to leave a tip. When we went back and asked for an itemized bill, we discovered that I had been charged for ALL of our tips as well as a portion of my companion's services. We asked to have the bills corrected and were refused and told to work it out between the two of us. So instead of having a pleasant and relaxing experience in a reasonably private environment, we left two hours later than we had planned and were ticked off and very hungry. We then spent our very late lunch sorting our our spa bill. We will not be back and would certainly not recommend this spa to anyone.

Alexis is top tier! Enjoyed a 90 min deep tissue where she targeted every knot and relieved all my pain. So happy !

I would give 0 but can't this place is unprofessional in so many ways they don't even know what there special covers and when u get a service done they say o no that's not the deal package even if u show them in black and white buyer beware the also DoNT tell u when they do things that are extra and not part of your package and as u see on here when u complain they do NOTHING even when it's their mistake they are great at turning it on the customer so fast so please be ware all that glitters is not gold

Lovely place, friendly staff, upfront with policies for business. Went in for a hair cut and to possibly find a new color stylist, was set up with new stylist because I came in with a complimentary service by mailed letter to my new home in the area. The young stylist was very nice, did a great job with my haircut and agreed to come back in for color service. Unfortunately my stylist didn't show for our agreed upon appointment and the staff did offer me another new stylist but I decided to give the opportunity for my scheduled stylist to contact me and reschedule she has not done so. Despite the new young stylist no showing me and neglecting to contact me for doing so this doesn't reflect the business and how they operate, they are friendly and helpful.

I called last minute to try to get in and the gal at the front desk figured out how to fit me in. They are busy but I never felt like I was a "fit in". They are extremely attentive! I got a facial by Felicia-she is absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend her services. She knew what my skin type needed and wasn't pushy selling me products. She def offered and explained what would be best but I didn't feel like I had to buy-I did because I needed products but it was my choice. I've had facials before but this is the first time my skin didn't react. I also had a pedicure and it was lovely. The gal did a great job, wasn't hard on my feet and helped me choose a color that will match a dress for a wedding I am going to. She was quiet-which I needed at the time. Just a lovely young woman-Julianny is her name. Overall I felt very spoiled and very well taken care of. I will be going back! Highly recommend

My wife works near here and suggested we try them after our horrible experience with Massage Luxe. So glad we did. Michelle and Alexis are our two therapists and so an excellent job relaxing us during our massages.

I had an issue with a color service I received. I was able to communicate with management and an owner to resolve my issue. They even offered to fix my hair, past their policy, but I had my hair done by someone else. Even though I complained well after my appointment, they made it right and offered me a refund.
