“Stopped really quick because I had to pee!! They seriously have the cleanest gas station bathroom in Waco! The lady behind the counter was nice even though I didn't purchase anything. I decided to go ahead an top off my gas tank while there. Their pumps are BRAND NEW and digital! Never reviewed a gas station before but this one deserves five stars!”
“Customer service was great, the store was clean and stocked. The only problem was the restrooms were out of date and the door did not close or lock and there are 2 toilets in womens restroom but only one stall the other toilet was out in the open so anyone that came in the restroom could see you do your business”

“The woman who answered the phone was so very kind and professional. I had called around to many place trying to hunt down a special item and had encountered a lot of rude people but this location is different they are very professional and talk to customers with respect. I drove 2 hours away to get the things I needed for my medically fragile child and these kind people made that possible. I cannot thank them enough.”

“My trip to the CVS Store 820 S 5th St., Waco, TX was THE BEST PHARMACY EXPERIENCE I have encountered. Insurance issues had prevented me from obtaining much-needed prescriptions. Extremely frustrated, I sought help from the on-site pharmacist, O’NEILL, who spent a great deal of time investigating my plan and needs. Not only was he patient and pleasant, O’Neill walked me through several options to assist me in finding solutions for my medicine woes. Additionally, another pharmacist, AMOS, was available to help me with the required forms and administer my two vaccines. His pleasant and professional demeanor made the entire process easy and agreeable. Working the front of the store, KEEGAN witnessed my struggle to use Self-Checkout. He graciously and cheerfully took the time to teach me how to use this Checkout method without any embarrassment or sense of being a problem on my part. The store was clean, efficiently arranged and well-secured. Even though this particular CVS was a much further drive than I was accustomed to, my positive experience and interactions were well worth it!”

“We were on way out from airport Park to Abeline and refueled our tanks at this gas station. We had to wash our windshields and boy...not that they had water in the buckets but soap as well. There is not many gas stations who don't provide water so you can't wash your windshield. Thank you for the extra touch with the soap.”

“They've just remodeled this store and I love it! It's convenient, it's always clean, and the staff is always friendly. Stop in for gas, a quick snack, or order breakfast, lunch, or dinner from the kitchen. My only "crooked frown" about Kent Kwik's is that when leaving, it's a hassle to turn to the left- which is the direction I usually have to go.... BUT- it, obviously, doesn't keep me from going there- almost daily.”
