Arthur helped us out the whole way. We bought our engineered hardwood floors from Home Place Interiors and they recommended C&C to us. Arthur set us up with the glue and trowel we needed, gave us detailed instructions and cleaning tips and gave us a discount because Home Place referred us.

This company does not stand behind its products. Never would I buy anything from this company again. $2800 wasted. Doesn’t even have the decency to let us know they don’t want to be responsible. We are just the customer in waiting. I am handicapped and this floor is coming up all around us. The salesman Andy recommended this type floating floor with weight of wheelchair when another waco store said they would never recommend anything not glued down or tile.
