Customer service is top notch and this bank goes above & beyond to take care of its customers & know their business! There was a very big & serious issue with my sons CD. Barbara & Karen at the Waco Location on Valley Mills Dr y’all are amazing Rock Stars! I appreciate all the help & phone calls y’all made on our Sons behalf to take care of the issue that we hope to be resolved by Friday! Stay awesome Ladies y’all are doing everything right!

The bank was going to assess a 2% fee for not being an account holder to cash a check issued by their bank. Not happy at all, don't recommend

Had Compass Bank > BBVA Compass > BBVA for over 10 years until the hostile takeover by PNC RUINED BBVA!Accounts are no longer free, there is now a $7 monthly fee.No QuickView in their app.I've closed my account. There are plenty of FREE local Credit Unions!
