Left me 3 months without my vehicle.Very irresponsible and unproffesional by OCV.Started the job before getting authorization with the insurance company then they kept giving me the runaround until i took it upon myself to get a hold of the insurance company.The insurance company had to intervene because they didn't even have the authorization in the first place to even proceed with the repairs.After 3 months with no vehicle and i had to return the rental after 15 days.OCV assured me it would be done way before that time frame.I asked them if they would adjust the cost of the repair,even just a bit,to offset the money i lost for not having my vehicle for 3 months.They made nothing but excuses on how it was the insurances fault and they would not adjust anything.No Care or Concern whatsoever for their customer!!!Not even a simple apology!!!Do Not Trust OCV They are a bunch of Liars!!!

Had a long dent n gash on the middle of the hood. Went to 3 places and Ocv was the most reasonable. They did a great job on the dent and paint, and went beyond that by fixing the dinks on the front most of hood. Thank you, Ocv, for a job well done!

Even though I scheduled to bring my car there far ahead in the future it sat there not being worked on for weeks. All the while I was being told it was in various states of repair.(Lie) Once they actually started working on my car it took months to complete and multiple visits. Final quality was poor, paint drips everywhere and poor trim instillation. Don’t make the mistake I did.

A barrel rolled into my moms car on the highway and messed up her bumper. The repairs they did were top notch. Looks brand new, there’s no sign anything had happened to the bumper. They also surprised us because they also vacuumed her car. The work and vacuum combo made for an all around pleasant visit. 10/10 do recommend.

I can't be the only one that says Richard knows how to run a business. Very kind and courteous staff he showed me the parts and price breakdown before anything was done and the color was matched almost perfectly. How OCV isn't on a larger scale is beyond me the turnaround time was 2nd to none. No bs. I recommend you paying cash like all credit card machines there is a price to use it. I would highly recommend them.

When my daughter was hit from behind in a hit and run in her 2019 Honda, Richard & Judy were recommended to me by a friend. From beginning to end, the process was easy, informative and professional. Any questions I had they were happy to answer. After the repairs were complete, all the sensors, modern technology features & paint were like new. They did so well I took my truck in the next month and just got it back. Exact same result. When I needed help working with my schedule to drop off and pick up, they were happy to accommodate. When my battery needed to be replaced, they helped with that also! Family owned local business, this is where you need to go. Its the only place I'll go!!Services: Steering/Suspension

Went to OCV after someone hit the front end of my truck. Owner and staff were amazing. They gave prompt communication and the turn around time to get my truck back was very fast. OCV is my go-to place when I need help. My truck looked good as new and was very professionally done. I couldnt be more pleased! Thanks OCV!

The gentlemen on the phone is very unprofessional and is flat out rude. Cussed me up and down for inconveniencing his time to get up and answer the phone. I wouldn't suggest anyone with that type of customer service over the phone to handle my vehicle or talk to me in person. - Not recommended.

GO HERE!! I could not be more impressed with the work that OCV did on my car. I was stuck in a hailstorm a few months ago in Gonzales, Texas and there was little pings all over my car. Given that my car was brand new a year ago I was very upset about this fact and so I went around town trying to get estimates and ocv by far was the best of all the auto body shops in Victoria! They worked with me on pricing and everything related to my car. What put their service truly over-the-top however was their friendliness and kindness every time I went in there and their willingness to make conversation. After all of that I paid what was due and I got in my brand-new looking car and they had cleaned it all on the inside and made it look beautiful like it was a brand new car. All of these things combined is what is truly sets them apart from everyone else in Victoria! Go here!
