Just wanted this business to have some accountability, went in for simple manicure, Lady said it would be just 15 minutes, 30 minutes later, I check with her, will be another 30 minutes she said, which means I would have spent my entire lunch hour sitting there with no service, just wanted an honest answer, when I first walked in, tell me it will be 45 minutes to an hour, so I could have made a decision whether to wait or go somewhere else, she just shrugged shoulders and said sorry? Also place is dirty with a weird environment and stinks like there might be a sewage backup somewhere.

Have been coming here for almost a year now. They are all nice and friendly. Always have some good laughs. They stay open until they finish all of their customers. Had to go after work the other day, and they stayed an hour after closing to accommodate my needs.

Got my eyebrows waxed here today. My eyebrowsare naturally thick and have a shape. The lady whodid my eyebrows had no skill and no businessacting like she should be paid for her "service."She put the wax on too hot, now my skin isburning. She has no idea how to shape eyebrowsand took about half of the width of my eyebrowsoff. She also made them very far apart, uneven,and flat and straight, rather than following thenatural shape like she should have.Service: Waxing

The bad! The Nail House on Sam Houston.I made a appointment for 5:00pm for 3 pedicures.. we show up 10 minutes early. One of us gets seated immediately. Water was to hot and no one ever came back to ask how the water was.. then 15 min later the other 2 get seated..At 5:25 we all were sitting in cold water.. no one gave us a menu to pick from, no one offered us something to drink, no ones asked how our water was. Finally at 5:35 one girl is ready to get started on one of us.. we had somewhere we had to be at 6:30.. we were not going to have time to do one at a time 30 min after appointment time. When we told the girl we wanted to leave, we needed towels to dry our feet off.. she just handed us towels and moved onto the next person..No apology. Didn’t even ask why were leaving.10/10 would not recommend..
