All of the employees at First Convenience Bank are extremely helpful and friendly. They do what it takes to make sure your transaction is taken care of efficiently. I recommend this bank especially this location to anyone and everyone.

SNOW BIRDS BE WARNED!!!!!Can’t believe what just happened. I just got money from the cash machine IN the bank, fee 3.50. Turned around with my crisp $20.00 and asked the teller to please give me 2 fives and a roll of quarters. She asked me if I had an account with them? No I didn’t, snow bird my bank is far away from here. She then informed me that because of “quick change “ artist she couldn’t give me the change I requested. REALLY!!!! I just got the money from your machine and turned around and walked the 2 FEET to your window!!!! So the money in your machine is bogus money??? UNBELIEVABLE don’t worry we won’t be back!!!!!!

worse bank on town the attendants are so rude and don't even try to help you at all i need to close my account whit this bank
