If you’re going to have a number listed and a customer calls, it would be better to be more cordial. If you’re booked, tell the customer up front rather than sounding frustrated with the call.

I called on Wednesday about getting a stereo replacement put in an older model pickup. I got a Friday appointment. Very expeditiously scheduled. The service was great. My truck was done in excellent time and efficiency. Definitely would recommend him to anyone.

Roque is very knowledgeable. Every time I've talked to him or used him for services, he's always been very efficient at responding and getting the work done. Had an issue with my stereo system, and he got it taken care of in about 15 min!!!! He amazed me. He's very professional, fun and friendly. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else! He makes sure you're happy before leaving. I'll be going back to him for sure to fix my window tinting on my car next! Excellent customer service! It's what's missing in most businesses today.

Rocky installed a car stereo and speakers in my son's vehicle he was super nice and was able to install it the next day. I would highly recommend him.

Definitely recommend going to Rocky because he was fast and quick at removing my tint so that my car could pass inspection. It took him less than an hour to remove the tint and it wasn't overly expensive. 10/10 would recommend for all your tinting needs.Service: Vehicle window tinting
