My wife's Cadillac was towed there because it was stranded in a parking lot are actually an insurance to a parking lot the Sheriff's Office had it towed Bailey's was willing to work with me a little bit and that helped a lot I appreciate their help their efforts!

Bailey's is the best towing company in Victoria, TX! Hands down, they beat all the competition around! Excellent, good, genuine people from the owner to the service call workers! This company does not respond in 15 minutes as advertised. My husband called to have our car picked up in Edna and have towed to Victoria. No returned phone call from Bailey so two hours went by he called them back and was told the reason they had not called back was because they had no one to picked up car. Will not call them again.

It was fathers day our car broke down. We called several tow services no luck. Noone was answering or returning my calls. Then I called Baileys towing they answered, I was asked where I was and I told him. He said we will get some one there in about 25 min. Sure enough like he said 25 minutes. I'm very grateful that they were there to help us. I will use them again if I need them. Happy with the service they provided that I now have them on my contract list on my phone. Thank you guys for everything.
