“I had a unit at this location for 1.5 years and never had any issues with my unit nor the property. The property management was always very helpful, always reachable during their open hours and never gave me any fuss. Property always stayed clean and at no time had traffic jam. Easily got the unit I wanted, even when paying online or in person and the app didnt give any issues when it came time to pay rent! Highly highly highly recommend!”

“I first used Knapp Sisters/UHaul when I dropped a box truck off after moving to Mansfield April 2023. The drop off process was clear and easy. I moved to Arlington July of 2024 and not only was the process still smooth, I ended up needing the truck an additional day and was able to extend my reservation without a hiccup! The guys are the front are very helpful and thorough! I will also use and recommend this location to anyone I know!”

They went out of their way to make sure I had the best options afforded to me. I moved 20 miles away from Mansfield but chose to keep my storage where it was. “We made the move down to Midlothian from Utah, and The Storage Place made the move a lot less stressful. I met with Sarah a couple weeks before we made the drive down and got everything arranged and reserved. Sarah was wonderful; she answered all of my questions and had me completely fixed up in no time. When we pulled in with the U-Haul, it was so nice to be able to unload into a couple of the new climate-controlled units and return the U-Haul at the same place. I am very pleased with The Storage Place, and especially Sarah, and the other excellent staff members, who made our move that much easier.”

Our new air duct are not only obviously cleaner, but they do are much more appropriate for our home, greatly improved air flow and efficiency. Each duct is hung and attached very expertly. The team was so professional, abided by COVID protocol, and left no mess behind. recommended more!”

Highly recommend if you don't mind the country atmosphere - not concrete or lighted but that doesn't bother me at all. I prefer country to city any day myself, personally.”
