Ladies are nice. Unprofessional young male manager (who probably should not be in Management) with "man bun" covered with a black cloth mask with NO NAME TAG and green shirt NOT so nice. I asked him for the availability of an item and he looked at me like "please don't bother me with your questions lady and I wear a mask so you can leave me the **** alone..." .
Even if he's wearing a mask I can still read his lack of interest in helping.
Maybe he was having a bad day. ?

Shout out to Sara and her team at store #2126
So clean and organized! First time ever been inspired to buy more than what I needed!! Shelves were stocked and Robert was super helpful!! Hope they share this with the store!!! Great job everyone! I'll be back for sure.

I've been shopping at this store for a few months! TODAY, I experienced the WORST service from a cashier!
His name is Stephen. He never acknowledged me before he rang me up.
I let that slide. When he gave me my change, he DIDN'T EVEN SAY THANK YOU!
So, I said to him, thank you very much. He said nothing! So I said it again and he started helping the person behind me! Never looking at me! No response at all!!
Get this, he even asked that person if they had found everything alright!
I was speechless! And quite upset!! ?
This had become my "store" but now I may have to find another one!
I wish that there was a "no star" option.
My review is because of Stephen! I still like the location!
It's going to be a while before I return.

Manager robert is rude, and definitely should not be in customer service. Came from the office only to tell me to get in line of 5 people when he was available. Then also proceeded to snatch an item out of my hand. Don't go here!

Went to this store on a busy Saturday, looking for something specific. I had 1 item but didn’t know if it was the right one. Went to cashier Sarah and she knew exactly what I needed. Closed her register and took me to where it was. Great associate! Thanks Sarah!
