A substitute mail carrier handed a box to my husband today and it was empty. It had a slit torn in it at one of the edges and the package inside had been cut open. The item I had ordered was not there. The box was empty. The supervisor at the azalea post office said we did it and it had the contents when it was delivered. She was incredibly belligerent and refused to look into the situation or let me file a claim. Why act defensive and blame us immediately? I wonder if I can change our post office. I filed with the Postal Inspection Office

You drop it off on a Saturday, they don't care to get it out that day. They will get to it on Monday while it sits on the counter for 2 days before. Otherwise you can stand in line for the scan, then they do the same thing. Time and time again I either drop off or wait in line for them to scan, no matter what, maybe half of my shipments go out the same day I give them to USPS. If I drop off 3 shipments with time sensitive delivery, many times, 2 of them get shipped that day, but one does not go out for another day or two while it sits around at this Broadway location. Ultimate fail! Worthless and lazy. Postmaster or whoever runs this lazy trap should be fired. It's very clear the people at the front counter do not enjoy their job, you can see it in their body language, and lack of any emotion, or customer care.

0% customer services a 100% hood attitude but can't blame them thats the way they were ''raised'' I guess. my package says it was delivered and was left inside my mailbox but nothing was left in my mailbox, another package wasn't delivered as well and when I called to see what happened she said come pick it up and call dropped! they are too lazy to leave it at my door step or leave it at front office!

the carrier on our route constantly opens our mail before we get it. and puts our mail in other mail boxes on streets near us. she doesn't read the road signs at all.

I have put in a change of address on September 19 2023 through the Flint Texas office and as of today October 19 I have not received any of my mail at my my new address which is only 45 miles from my old place. I so wish there is another outlet to send letters. I have been on the customer service line I have requested the supervisor call me three different times, the man that answered at the flint office was so condescending and he actually hung up on me twice. I use to have a lot pride about our post office now I only have regrets. The mean time where are my bills and correspondences are they paying the bills for me since they have not sent them to my new address. This is a big concern

Our mail carrier threatened to stop delivering our mail because we changed our business operating hours. I went to speak to a “supervisor” and that was the RUDEST most belligerent woman I’ve ever spoken to. She basically told us that it’s our fault and there is nothing that can be done because “we do not understand how the post office works.” Her words. I will be going out of my way to avoid this post office just so I do not ever have to speak to that woman again.

Clerks are okay but the mail service here is off. Delayed delivery times and no customer support when you call. If you call customer support be ready to talk to a robot and then have 2 different case # opened. The customer support team will harass you with random emails and phone calls. Every time you talk to a new person it is a different excuse on what happened to your missing package.

Absolutely shameful, petty behavior. Stopped delivering mail to one side of my neighborhood of new houses in a dispute with the developer. Mail carriers and annex workers keep telling me it is the Tyler postmaster being childish and proving a point because the developer didn't file paperwork properly. I got mail for 2 days after moving in and they stopped it, yet the other street in the neighborhood is still getting their mail. The carrier vehicle does a U-turn and completely skips our street. We're told that we will now be getting a cluster mailbox at the top of the neighborhood and there's nothing we can do about it. Law says neighborhoods receiving mail are grandfathered in, yet despite several complaints and inquiries to our congressman Nathaniel Moran, the postmaster, Falonda Woods, refuses to relent. We've been told the postmaster actually gets a bonus for stopping deliveries and installing these cluster boxes. No conflict of interest there, huh? Anything delivered is kept at the annex with no attempt made, yet I get emails saying delivery was attempted. Seems illegal considering I paid for shipping and the post office just keeps it and basically says come get your own stuff. I and many of my neighbors are disabled vets and have difficulty getting out and standing on a busy road collecting our mail instead of it being delivered to our existing mailboxes is shameful. No wonder the USPS is hemorrhaging money and is only propped up by the government. This is ridiculous, petty, and absolutely horrible customer service. Myself and our neighbors will do absolutely everything we can to avoid using the USPS.
