This is the best jewelry store in Tyler. My husband and I have been so pleased with the service we received. Very friendly and caring people who take time to talk with you. Andrew and Ginger were a real pleasure to work with. My wife and I brought Andrew three family rings with various diamonds in them. He custom designed a ring incorporating components from the family rings to produce an amazing ring that is special to us. Andrew is a top quality craftsman. Well done.

I broke my Granny’s necklace a couple of weeks ago, and to say I was simply devastated would be an understatement. After spending some time on Google reading reviews, I chose South Broadway Jewelers. I’m so very grateful that I did. This necklace not only belonged to my beautiful Annie Granny but it was her Mother’s before her, so it is very dear to my family. When I picked it up yesterday, I cried tears of joy! It sparkles, it shines! It’s restored to original beauty, I had no idea it was even this beautiful. I will have no problem passing this along to my granddaughter when the time comes. Thank you South Broadway, I am eternally grateful ♥️

I love my customized ring. I brought it back in and they were able to fix it and clean it. I'm so in love with it. We have even purchased his wedding ring at South Broadway Jewelry. They really make you feel special each time we go in!

I went to this jeweler because the first recommended jeweler I went to was way overpriced and very unpersonable. They gave a quote to solder the ring and showed me the imperfections on the ring before I left the store. When I went to pick up the ring, it was more beautiful then when I left it. Excellent work and even better customer service. I will return for future needs and will recommend at the drop of a hat. Very satisfyied customer. Thank you!

My husband proposed with a ring pop (per my request in prior discussions). We went ring shopping at pawn shops (also my request). Upon seeing a particular ring, I was instantly in love! The ring's design allowed us to customize it to my individual taste. We both agreed a ruby center stone would look stunning, so we found a small local jeweler, South Broadway Jeweler to be exact, and commissioned them to complete my ring.They ordered several rubies for us to choose from, and set it beautifully with a gold bezel.It was such a fun and stress free experience!We both ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!Since it was such a fun and easy process with Andrew and Ginger, we are planning to do another project ring, but with a emerald this time.Here are before and after photos of my gorgeous ring.Thank you Andrew and Ginger!!Can't wait to work with y'all again.
