I would not recommend using this place. Steer clear. I will rather pay a tow truck to bring to my trucks to my own shop. Never again $1800 for a 2 wire connection repair and clear a code this is robbery and a scam so sad this the way they choose to do business. Use Rush truck Center they do care about customers and service.

All of and anything to do with an International truck these days is a joke and a Rip Off! 0 stars for the employee's and 0 stars for the whole Company. Valve cover gasket, price 500.00$ for real!!!!!

I would suggest avoiding if at all possible. Steve and Julian were decent individuals to deal with and Mollie handled business everytime I called. Outside of that this was hands down the worst experience I have ever had dealing with an International dealership/shop. I could go into details of my experience but it's not even worth mentioning.

No communication at all. Took me five days to get a new def pump. Never one time did they call me. I had to call them everytime. On the 3rd day they said they were in the process of doing a quote and on the 4th day they had suppposedly sent out a quote but i had never given them an email to send it to. Now day 5 and i have been waiting since 10am for them to do a test drive..... i understand it takes time to diagnose a problem and get parts but communication and customer service from one particular female is very unprofessional. Everytime i have spoken with her i have recieved attitude. And the driver lounge is a heat box.

Good people. After spending approximately 5000 dollars with mechanics in our area and not seeing any results with our International 4400, we decide to take it here. The people were so kind and helpful. You could tell from the beginning they truly wanted to help. They listened to us and ask plenty of questions. The mechanic concluded the problem and we left.we left and were called the next day. He chased a few lines and found that missing link, a lose junction. Cost us 500 dollars! Wish we would have went here from the very beginning. Thanks for getting our small business back up and rolling!!
