If I could give 0 stars I would, such a horrible experience. You advertise bring us your taxes for a second look, this year I tried it out. I use TurboTax and will continue.
I was questioning our taxes due to scholarship $ received and a much lower return. I went online and made an appointment to drop off and talk with a consultant for March 3rd. I went in and was approached by Johnny at the front desk, there was no 15 minute consult. I voiced my concerns and asked my questions and was told he would send a text link to provide more information. I never heard from anyone, so on April 4th I called and come to find he hadn't even looked at my taxes. This whole experience was a joke, would not ever recommend H&R Block to anyone!

Penny was absolutely wonderful, me and my fiancé went in thinking he was gonna be the only one to file considering I was having issues & didn’t have a certain form to file, but she spoke to me and actually helped me out and told me that it would be better if me and my partner filed together instead of separate.She helped so much, I was so frustrated at home with the H&R Block app, but penny made things so much easier & she explained everything in detail. Definitely recommend her to do your taxes, she got us the biggest refund we could get. She was the sweetest and I will definitely be doing my taxes with her in the future, thank you penny ! ❤️

Apparently when you set an appointment for 11 and it's 11:30 and still ha emt been seen a walk in takes priority over a scheduled appointment. What an absolute joke this place is.
