Price was as should be and quick fill is the only reason this isn’t 1 star. Customer service was below average. 4 people sitting down and when I mentioned I needed bottles filled they wanted to sigh and roll their eyes. Driving 2 more miles to Bullard from now on.

Steve is the best driver ever! Always courteous and friendly!! And in the best mood! Prompt service with a smile! John the manager is great too! They always keep our rv park filled and ready to go for our guests! Happy Trails RV park appreciated the Tyler gas and supply!!!!

John Minton went above and beyond on helping my husband and I get our propane tank installed. He is the first bright light in our entire building process. He is a diamond in the rut. I hope he is appreciated the way Mark and I appreciate him.He will get ALL of our referrals. Have a blessed day.

Called about having tanks recertified. Showed up with tanks talked to the guy behind the counter. Got tags for the tank to be dropped off and wasn't told until I set the tanks down that they had no stickers. Guy at the refill told me I didn't talk to any one in. Horrible customer service in my opinion

I want to say that I went there and the customer service was top notch and the workers were so polite and I will say if you ever need propane by the gallon they sell it and they will also recertify your propane tanks if you need it done

I have been using Gas and Supply for 15 years or so for purchases of propane tanks for my RV, propane for same, purchases of tanks and propane for fireplace inserts, and most recently a propane tank and fuel for a generator purchase. John Minton will handle any need related to propane, tanks, or supplies and does a most excellent job every time I have had a request. I have never been disappointed!Most recently with the new tank and fuel for the generator, (11.20.23), Nick and his partner came out and did an excellent job of setting the tank, running the fuel lines from tank to generator, as well as testing lines and making sure everything was set perfectly and I was ready to go.The work ethic I saw with Nick was excellent.With he and John working for Gas and Supply (out of the Tyler loop location), you can expect to see the same results!

I'm with Headliner Magic. I was pulling in all of a sudden another man pulled in in front of us..thinking he would be first.. but the worker saw it and took our order first. I just want to say thank you for being fair.. That just let me know that you care about your customers. I will be back and I will definitely will recommend other people to you.

We realized we ran out of propane at 4:15 on a Friday. In a panic we called the Mineola Gas and Supply (our usual supplier) and they had no drivers available they said. We called the Tyler office and they transferred me to the manager John. He was so friendly and courteous and immediately got working on finding us a driver for a delivery. Steve the technician was there quickly and was so kind and friendly. Even after being called in after hours. He refilled our propane and did it all with a smile. Afterwards, again still after hours, John called back personally to make sure we were all taken care of. This branch is amazingly friendly and professional! It will be our new branch from now on. Although hopefully we keep a better eye on our propane and don’t wait until last minute, but the guys at the Tyler office never judged us for that. 10/10 would recommend and definitely have loyal customers for life for their above and beyond courtesy! Kudos to John and Steve!!!

I leased a bottle from here about 5 years ago and every year they try to move my bill date up a month or two this year they moved it up 4 months and tried to tell me it was another stores mistake they couldn't fix it I argued with the girl and told her it was done there because that's where my lease is out of that's where I always pay it she kept arguing saying I can't do anything about it go to mineola to resolve it I would never recommend doing business with this gas and supply they use to have people that cared and would help not tell you to drive 30 miles to another store to get the problem fixed

Been using them for years and have absolutely no complaints. JD is awesome and always polite and courteous (also one of the only strangers our dog likes) :) Would recommend them to anyone!
