“I have been going to the Tyler Kohl’s fairly often lately. My favorite floor sales person is Kay Jones. She always walks me to the best area to look for what I want. She happily takes care of my discard garments and offers to help me get anything else I can think of.Today Joseph was at the cash register at the front door. It was pouring rain, and he greeted me heartily and asked how I was doing. He told me that I could get jeans on sale for $7.50 and that Nike had a great sale too. I bought a baby gift, and he said it was the second one of that item that had come through today. I thought that was kind of him to make me feel good about my purchase.It was a pleasure shopping at the Tyler Kohl’s today. I shall return!”

“For what you pay here and what value you get, TJ Maxx is a very good place to shop! The clothing selection is a bit lacking and in disarray, but the frequency of sales and Clearance items help make up for that, and the great selection of home decor and housewares surely has something for you and your home. The friendly and knowledgeable staff round out the rest. Don't waste your time with their sister store Marshall's a few miles up Broadway; just come straight here to TJ Maxx instead!And be sure to browse their snack selections; the rosemary and garlic chips are immensely savory (well worth their $3 price) and made my drive back to Canton — with my new golf shirts from TJ Maxx — even more pleasant and enjoyable. I look forward to revisiting TJ Maxx and seeing what they have to offer very, very soon!”

“They are familiar but often don't have what I need. The shelves are frequently missing many items. It doesn't seem to be from covid backup but from the general business of this location. Another location is needed on the south side maybe near 155.”

“I live a block away from this Walmart and walk here about every other day for something or other, and I have really grown to love it. The staff are just great, very friendly. And the vibe is the best out of all the markets - nice light inside, spacious aisles. And with the remodel it’s fresh and tidy.”
“This is an excellent walmart. The first thing I notice is how clean it is. I came first for some bakery items and everything was very fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful and it had everything that I needed. Everyrhing you could possibly want is here and at prices that are fantastic! I will be back here again! Update: still love coming here, had everything I needed and no wait lines. Always quick and friendly here! Once again quick and easy. “I swear I love this place. Wish there was more in the city on both major sides with a different variety. Store is usually stocked with great items for the whole family. I appreciate the culture the store has overall. Most sales woman that work here are friendly, direct, and give off my home girl energy. Love seasonal items and it's in a great location with lots of parking.”
“Since Tyler is under a boil your water alert, I hit this place up for a few packs of water.They were actively bringing pallets of water up to the front and helping people out to their cars.”
“We went over to buy a pellet heater and it was so cold inside tsc, that the workers said the heater was broken and has been, it was 24 degrees outside. Tractor supply should be getting the heater fixed to keep their workers warm, people will NOT shop when its like a freezer in the store. Tractor supply should care more about their employees than that. Theyre gonna feel really funny when their employess wont come to work.they were bundled up like eskimos but the heater should get fixed, its not like yall have a shortage of heating companies in tyler!employees were great considering.the employees said the heater has been broken for awhile- really? Get it fixed!”

“Joshua was my technician who conducted my preventive maintenance service on my Kenmore Washer and Dryer today. I have been a loyal customer of Sears Appliance sales and repairs for many years. Joshua was super and the best ever Sears technician during my many years as a customer of Sears maintenance and repair! He was a pleasure for sure!! Joshua called me to let me know his ETA for arriving to my home in Tyler. This notification per phone was extremely helpful since I am a caregiver for my elderly mother in her home located several miles from my home. Joshua arrived on time. He was very courteous and respectful. Joshua conducted a very detailed inspection and testing of my washer and dryer. He checked the washer water hoses to make sure they were working properly and secure. .Very important to me for sure! Furthermore, Joshua cleaned out my dryer vent and secured it to the wall outlet with some extra screws. Wow! I was impressed and thankful for his genuine concern about maintaining the dryer vent safety, too! Also, the additional action to stabilize my dryer vent was impressive. “Not usually a fan of Walmart, but this store is well stocked, clean and a very efficient place to shop. They carry way more choices than most Walmart's with grocery. The parking lot is huge and exits out to either the loop or HW 64 (but the left turn there is a bear with traffic)”

“I switched to this pharmacy earlier this year after being with my previous pharmacy for over a decade. I'm so happy I finally made the switch. All of the pharmacists and pharmacy staff are very kind and helpful, and go above and beyond. The pharmacist went out of her way to get my prescription transferred. My previous pharmacy kept filling my prescription even though we cancelled the auto-fill and transferred it. She had to deal with them multiple times in order to have it fixed on their end, and I truly appreciate her patience and persistence. Highly recommend!”

“Thank you to Vincent for helping me find a bicycle today in the bicycle department. I had unsuccessfully tried to have someone called to the bicycle department and flagged down Vincent who dropped what he was doing and came over to assist me. He helped me find the price of the bicycle and he aired up the tires so I could ride it home. I tried to contact someone at Target to give Vincent a positive review but no one seems to answer phones there.”

“I would rather have sent this to the TSC corporate office instead of posting as a review. However, I could not find a place to do that, so here goes a couple of “small rants”. First of all, we in the south (East Texas) are in the midst of some very cold weather. I have 2 large bird feeders and feed only black oil sunflower seeds, which I buy in the 40# bags. Right now, birds are scarfing up the seed like crazy. So, yesterday I went to my TSC store, and they were all out of the 40# bags. Checked with the store and was told, “We get what we get from the warehouse; we can’t order what we think we will need. Sorry!” Ok. So I went to the birdseed aisle and found some 20# bags, selling for $16.99 per bag. Glad they had that! However, I had been buying the 40# bags for 17.99-18.99 per bag. Yesterday, I bought 20# bags for $16.99. Now, I would expect a smaller bag to be somewhat more expensive, but to pay almost the same price for half as much is pretty ridiculous, right? Don’t get me wrong, I love TSC, but wish they could: #1–keep their supply in line with demand, and #2–make sure their pricing makes good sense to the customer. A little premium for smaller bag is normal. But, to price it almost as much as a bag twice the size, nope, not fair. Thanks for reading and hope this makes it to someone in marketing or procurement at TSC corporate!”
