My daughter went into this store to get a phone fixed for a family member that is in the hospital and they were no help at all! They just handed her a pamphlet and told her to go through the insurance and never even looked at the phone. When I tried to call no one answered the phone. 10/10 do not recommend!

If I could give zero, even negative stars I would. Walk in to change service for my phone number, asks me for something I can’t even get. Showed her the page where it says that, and gets an attitude about it. Walk in again, literally ignores what I said and doesn’t even try to help me out. Tells me I’m wrong every time. Not to mention that she had headphones on so I don’t even know if she was paying full attention to me. They act like zombies, don’t even try to hide the fact that they don’t want to be there. smh.

Employees here are the worst . Don't explain anything and act like they don't have a clue what is going on. They are so rude . Don't even know their own policies lol.

EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTING!!! Cricket says when you sign up as a new customer you get a free 5G phone. So hubby and I went into the Tyler Texas store on October 19, 2022. We were told FREE 5G phones for signing up as new customer. And of course, out of stock. Not options provided for us. We reluctantly signed up WITHOUT being provided NEW PHONES. Low and behold, my phone started to not work the following week. I returned and was told since I am now a NEW CUSTOMER; NO FREE PHONE. I called customer service 800-274-2538 on November 11. I was told by Jay that within a week I should be approved of a $200 credit toward a new phone. Jay would call me in one week. No call. Today 11/21/22; talked to two supervisors; Jeremy and Roumelle. There was no previous information regarding conversation with Jay; nor would they honor a $200 credit toward a new cell phone through CRICKET. So I stated then this is FALSE ADVERTISING! They just stated Cricket cannot provide what is not in stock nor honor us being new customers!!!!! SHAME!!!

Walked in, immediately greeted, changing from Visible Wireless to Cricket Wireless. Extremely easy and fast. The lady was extremely helpful and polite. Probably 15 minutes tops, the service was activated, and I was on my way. ?
