We recently picked up a pallet of grass and when we got it home we realized the grass looked terrible. Very brittle pieces and several dead pieces. I called and asked for a replacement pallet. Without hesitation they made it right. They delivered a new one and took away the old one. Both employees I dealt with were exceptional. I don’t know their names but one lady answers the phones and the other was the delivery guy. I will definitely do business with them again!

**Editing my review from two stars to one star based on response below. No such offer was made so this is a false information by the owner or his staff to keep themselves out of trouble. We need the grass for our job site on Monday. We would have gladly accepted grass on Monday and would have just not asked for our money back and have only asked if they could have delivered our one pallet to our work location. NO ONE mention a single word about FREE grass.**Original review: Called yesterday to make sure they had what we needed for pick up today (Saturday). The girl told me she’d hold it for me and had me pay for it in advance. Husband hooked up to the trailer today and drove from Lindale today to pick it up just to find out they sold it out from under us. All they said was “sorry sir” and acted like they could have cared less about doing it. Won’t be back.What they could have done to save a customer would have apologized and offered to deliver it to us on Monday. Someone else will be getting our business from now on. Accidents happen but at least give a care and make it right.

Our yard crew re-sodded our yard in June, and they got the St. Augustine from All Natural Stone and Grass. However, the sod turned out to be full of Johnson grass. It's the fault of the vendor All Natural ordered the sod from. Darren at All Natural Stone and Grass came with another man one afternoon, took up the original sod, and completely resodded the yard! It's beautiful--lush and healthy! I strongly recommend this company as they stand behind their products and are a pleasure to work with.

Ryan delivered our centipede grass promptly and it was freshly cut. We’ve planted and it is growing beautifully.Thanks Ryan, we will certainly be doing business there in the future!

Scheduled grass for delivery then the last minute tells us they cannot deliver. Took weeks to prep the area for the grass we asked them for. We didn't use anyone else because of their promise to deliver on a specific date. They only use one source for materials and their customers are subjected to a rain shower in Bay City Texas. I run a small business and having multiple sources is necessary in order to deliver the services your cliental is requesting. How after 30 years in this industry is he putting his businesses reputation on the line based on other controllable factors? I offered to discuss the benefit of multiple sources to keep his clients happy. He decided to call me and speak to me in such an unprofessional manner that NO ONE should ever deal with a company so arrogant. He decided I wasn't acceptable to do business with however I already decided he wasn't forward thinking enough to be a solution in East Texas. I will find a source other than the company subjected to a little rain shower in Bay City Texas. In fact I have found another source since this disturbing and unprofessional phone call by the owner. The arrogance is astounding and the lack of foresight is disappointing. Since his ranting & raving phone call I have found multiple solutions to his problem and mine. I wish them luck but based on other reviews they just don't get it.

I Will Update My Review. I Will Change The Rating To 3 Stars.Thank You For Correcting This Issue But This Should Have Never Happened In The First Place.Ordered 4 Cubic Yards of Gravel and They Only Delivered 2 Cubic Yard. What A Rip Off And Theft On Their Part.

I've come here multiple times for rocks. This time I got a flat tire on the road beforehand. Guy there(Darren?) helped me with my donut without asking and I still got my rocks. Very friendly and very helpful, please check them out if you need landscape materials and you're reading this!

Had to wait a while for an equipment operator to load gravel; he said I was supposed to bring him the ticket. But usually one would see you waiting and come over. Perhaps I'm used to places that dispatch by radio or other means.
