They have a variety of equipment including trailers to load said equipment on to rent. It normally works and the pricing is great. They even do drop offs but you have to pay extra. If the machine isnt working properly theylll send someone out. The equipment normally has directions on them if youve never used the machine some have manuals. Then theres always youtube. If you rented with a trailer be sure to get gas on your way to return the machine if it takes gas. Make sure u get the right kind too.

Best in East Texas , hands down !!Great Service, Wonderful People, Outstanding Prices, and they have a very broad range of equipment from pushlowers and chainsaws to trenchers and man lifts. They even have air compressors! I'll be doing all my business with these guys from here on out!!

Extremely rude guy behind the counter, rented a peace of equipment and from the get go it was broken. Weighted two hrs for a replacement attachment. Then the skidsteer overhead. Could not get ahold of the company. Returned the skidsteer the next morning and he told me he was not refunding any money and told me he new it would overheat because it had smashed lines on the engine head. Something needs to be done about customer service and how they treat customers

I rented a trencher and blew a seal (machine was in good condition). These guys helped me get back up and going quickly so I could finish my project. Great customer service!

Update, words can't describe how terrible this place is from equipment to customer service. I have never been refused service anywhere in my life. After 2 pieces of bad equipment they rented to me and only refunded me for 1 and kept the other because my rain check was only for 20 days I was refused service. The owner came out of back on a power trip and refused service when trying to square up with them.The bucket lift he rent me has no right blinker or break lights and tires are extremely dangerous. Other rental yards put better ply tires and keep there customers safe.

Almost every vehicle leaks oil they charge late fees for no reason they have a bad attitude if u want good customer service and a lasting vehicle it's the last place you want to go

Called to rent equipment. Some of the rudest people you can talk to. Cut you off every other word trying to tell you what you need before you even tell them what the job is. If there customer service is like that I will never visit the store.

Doesn’t work well with contractors. Had truck issues and still charged another full day of rent when returned in the afternoon versus that morning.
