6pm over half the shower doors are wide open and ready to be cleaned, these should really be cleaned at this time especially, everyone looking for a parking spot and a hot shower yet having to wait in line for whatever reason... got here 4 were available ,moments later 5 in line and no one cleaning

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! not sure if he’s the manager or owner but there’s a gentleman who is always there and he’s so kind and welcomes every customer! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!! there’s also an older woman we’ve seen several times and they’re both such hard workers they both need raises! They're both so full of life and joy we love stopping here just for them! Such clean showers, huge selection of snacks, drinks, meals, and hot meals!!!! We stop here every chance we get!!

Dang Flying J, how are y'all gonna sell the Garmin Dash Cam mini 2 but not sell SD Cards that are required for the dash cam to work. It literally says this on the Garnin website.

Please, for the love of God, tell the black guy with an annoying amount of fake enthusiasm who keeps yelling for the whole store to hear to shut the Hell up. At least pretend to be professional. Every scream and yell is like a dagger to the brain for those of us suffering headachs/migraines. Unbelievably unprofessional.

This is a good Flying J. Better than most I've been in. We actually arrived at 2330 and they had 8 empty parking spaces for trucks. Not sure how that happened because that late at night we never find any.

Great management and staff manager was alert and friendly. I see this Flying J is ran by a great manager bathroom and showers clean ?? that’s plus for me. Mr. B and staff is doing a great job. I hope he and everyone is recognized for their hard work.

This is the worst I have ever seen this flying j look. Bathrooms were nasty, drinks were down coffee bar a total mess…coffee was nasty. I always stop here. For many years and I will choose another place. It was terrible.
