Instead of just taking my money and telling me all was good, he checked over everything and said the motor was still in great condition. Turns out my issue was something totally different. I’d ordered stair risers that came, but after not being able to find treads anywhere, that would go with my Mohawk flooring, I decided to go with carpet instead. When I went to return the 2 heavy boxes, and realized the new TV in my truck bed could be taken… I went to the Loading area. Leo was very helpful and understanding of my concern and he put my risers on a cart so I could get them to the Customer Service desk.
The clerk inside took care of the refund quickly and I was able to get my truck out of the way pretty fast and I unloaded my TV before going anywhere else. Thank-you”
