Went in an order from the McDonald's # 35417 order # 40 on 03/21/23 @ 3:35 pm I ordered a fish and 10 piece nugget made to order! Well they took an old fish and put it down again so it got over cooked and my nuggets were old tasting! The lady that took the order! Acted like she really didn't care about my order! And not very friendly at all! Truthfully one of the worst customer service I have ever gotten at a loves/McDonald's! Upset customer for sure and I feel that this store needs a secret shopper from both companies! ( Love's and McDonald's to drop in on said employee that took and made the order! And something needs to change here at this store! As well my team mate got a two double cheeseburgers and fries! On the same order! And said the fries tasted like the fish! Both burgers were fine! I guess that a plus lol!

Super busy location, but kept clean. Friendly staff. Parking for trucks limited after dark. Word to the wise, do not park in the dirt lot across the street if its going to rain, you will get stuck.

Long story short is that the store is dirty, crowded, and clearly designed for truckers, not the motoring public.Loves offers lots of diesel pumps for truckers and has showers available. For those of us who aren't long haul truckers, we can find expensive products as well as drink machines whose icemakers barely work in addition to several drinks being unavailable.While this Love's is in a rural area north of Temple, the crowds lingering around the parking lot were more like the people you'd find on an episode of Live PD or COPS. In short, unless you're a trucker needing diesel and a shower, there's no reason to stop here when there's a Buc-ee's just a bit closer to Temple.

My review is for their dog park. It is so cool that they have an off leash dog park and it is so clean. It is cool to give dogs a break and let them get out of car for a bit. This station is near a Bucee's but I stop here for my pup. Since COVID I don't go inside so I can't comment on the actual inside of station.

The shop guys are lazy and get in no hurry to check you in. Ben has an attitude. He needs a refresher course in manners with co workers and paying customers
