I have been using this tire shop for years. I brought 4 new tires, new custom wheels, 4 new TPMS sensors. They mounted them and balanced the tires . I paid left and immediately my steering wheel was vibrating at different speeds. I brought the truck back to them. They rebalanced the tires. I watched as they balanced the tires. They put weights at 3-5 positions on the wheel. I questioned them and they said it was the correct way. I left and vibration still existed. Two days later my TPMS light would not go out. I took my truck to discount tire in McKinney. They tested all 4 tires with tool that checks the sensor without disassembly of the tires. One sensor was bad. I paid for a new sensor and 4 tires to be rebalanced. While breaking down tire the tech called me to look at the tire. The sensor was physically broken and the tire had a 6” gash in the top bead. They mounted my spare balanced the rest of the tires but would not use the damaged tire. I went back to Trenton tire and talked to the guy who mounted my tires. He called the owner. I spoke with him. Of course he blamed discount tire and I told him they just checked the sensor. He also stated the tire was usable . He finally reimbursed the cost of the tire and sensor. Not feeling comfortable with the work of Trenton tire and at the suggestion of Discount tire I ordered new tires and went back to Discount Tire. They checked the other three tires to find 6 inch gashes in the beads of to top bead of the other three tires. I had them mount the second set of new tires . One of the damaged tires had tire patch glue applied to the cut. Discount tire showed me that as soon as the broke down the tire. I went back to Trenton tire. Talked to the owner by phone. Told him about the cuts in the tires, the incorrect balance job and he blamed discount tire, my new wheels. Now I have heard from another patron that the owner is a good Christian man. But I have not experienced an owner that is responsible much less a Christian. I have pictures to prove all of this as well as the testimony of discount tire. I will never use the services of Trenton tire ever again. I will warn anyone I know to use at your own risk.

When I need it quick, fast and in a hurry... Trenton tires has you. They keep the customers flowing especially after going thru a foul experience ( flat tire)... they get you back on the road in a snap of a finger.
